About 6 or 7 inches on the ground and still snowing and the snow blower will not start.

I'm getting to old for this. Picture for you snow birds.post-22472-0-97209300-1448136835_thumb.jpg

Snow stopped at 5PM ended at 10 inches.

Move south!  It'd melt by the morning!!!

As a former "yankee"{from Maine}, I remember all too well shoveling that silly white stuff!  I don't do it anymore....

My starts fine but the 8" of snow is too heavy and like slush.

Going down to 8 degrees tonight so will freeze into giant ice berg.

The bottom inch was slush here also.  A snow like this is called a heart attack snow. Take your time cleaning it up.

checked the snow blower changed plug, gas oil and started 3 weeks ago. so I think I am ready but not looking forward to it. My dad just decided this year he has a guy who will plow his. He always used snow blower and shoveled but living in up state NY and bones not working so well he decided at 93 he was done with all that. at least I can rest better here in IN not thinking of heart attacks in NY.
