Thanks Iggy, I am donating this puzzle to a local equine therapy farm a friend runs for their annual fund raising auction.  They focus on helping veterans with PTSD and kids with Autism through interaction and riding of horses.  They have asked me to cut a couple more.

Why skip the veining in the ears....that was a part of the challenge?  I did go to a smaller blade to do the ears as it was a tight cut.  

I just wanted the piece to stay intact.  Even with older kids, they tend to push the pieces together and sometimes break them.
