  1. Way to go John, it looks great. Now all you need, is some sort of small motor to rotate it on its own. Len
  2. Tino, your best bet would be to do some trial and error cutting on your own. Len
  3. Kepy, you've been busy, what an outstanding bit of scrolling. Len
  4. Dick, that's a beautiful box, I'm sure the recipient will love it. Len
  5. Alex, I don't understand what you mean, how does the blade wobble? Most times if the blade wobbles it's a tension thing, but, seeing as how you already have the tension under control, it can't be that. It could be the blade clamps causing the problems, how much play is in them? Good luck finding a solution. Len
  6. Nicely done Jerry, it looks great, but, the dogs look to be sad. Len

  10. They're a good looking saw, but, I would not be interested in buying one if I were in the marketplace. There's one or two things that I don't like about it, I read all about it and its features the other day on another site. If I recall the site, I'll post the address here. Len
  11. Geez Pete, how could they not love it, it's an outstanding piece. Len
  12. TerryLee, that's a perfect rendition of that bred of dog, your a intarsia master. It's to bad that the heat is hindering your time at the saw, is there any way you could move your saw to the basement to use? Len

  22. I use my printer to figure out what size to print a pattern, I reduce or enlarge by certain percentages. Once reduced/enlarged to the set percentage, you get the actual measurement size off of the image. It's a bit of trial and error, but, I always end up with the size I want. And it takes very little time to do. Len
  23. Thanks Travis for all that you do to keep this place running so smoothly, I don't envy you the task. Len
