  1. Richard , I can only give the credit to God. My being here and being able to do what i truly love is his gift to me. Seems like each time i witness and testify for the Lord he blesses me. It's been a tough road but it truly has given me a new outlook on life. I take one day at a time and as far as giving back to others scrollers ,I to had no clue about all the ways to make scrolling fun till i found SSV and free4all, so if i can help someone else to make it as much fun i'll do it happily. God left me here for a reason instead of letting me go home with him and he shows me the joy of living each time i give Him the glory. Just today he let me cut 3 peices and put ideas in my head for about 4 new patterns to give him praise . I'm just blessed !!! sully

  13. On my planer "dewalt" I wax the bed with a hard wax like ski wax or ice skate blade wax. cuts the friction down a bunch when rough planeing. sully
  14. Keefie nothing to take offence to LOL. Dennis it's funny now but i'm a big scaredy cat when it comes to snakes. BB cherry is great to work with but it's hard and can be tough on tools or at least the blades and bits of a router. Finishes really nice. sully
  15. Ok Barb he asked a simple question black or blue RU blonde ???? Just kidding ok love the fresh ideas you have. I've experimented on some water cuttings useing blue and black for water and sky but it's more time consuming to do it that way. sully

  20. Roy funny ou should mention that -- the wood load is nothing compared to the load i carry to shows.Between the concrete i carry to hold down the canopy 400lb , and the concrete pavers we use for the fence/baricade 200lb and the rest of the product and settup ,i probably carry over 1000lb going to and from a show. I know i bottom out the springs a doxen times in the trip when i hit a bump. Not complainin as she's been a great truck for being 15 years old and 150k. Might have put 1000 in repairs in all that time includeing oil changes. Still runs like a champ. Someday I might upgrade to a 3/4 ton or a van but i'll take my Ford Nascar 150 to heaven with me.LOL LOL LOL sully
  21. A inexpensive air filter is to use a boxfan with a cheap air conditioning filter adapted to fit. the better the filter the more dust that will be removed. You can move the fan where you need it and when it gets dirty you can take it outside and blow it out with a air comp. sully
  22. When your air bellows fails on your saw and they all do eventually ,a quik fix is to use a small aquarium pump with the tube hooked to your saw. Mine has been this way for 2 years on my skil backup/primary saw now.Works great. sully
  23. snake is a snake !!! Katie i'll use the walnut and cherry for frames mostly if the cherry is dark enough. Poplar is for my bee traps and the oak i'm not sure of yet. sully
  24. File, sand,or grind a point to the end of your blade to make "hitting" the hole easier. sully
