    My wood of choice is plywood. It holds together especialy when cutting letters.You can stain it as well. sully

    Clayton theres a lot less cuts than the original pattern to make it simpler to cut. The original had about 175 cuts but i combined a few to get it down to about 125. Be careful and maybe add a few bridges as you cut for strength. Overall a fun but challenging cut. sully

    BB checked it on gimp for floaters and only very minor ones showed up due to the lines being close. Great pattern though, might put it on my cut list. Thanks sully

    Did this one on my sons request. Cut from sureply from lowes With FDUR #5,frame is old red oak barnboards with just enough "old" removed to show some grain.Pattern is by Don Rob. Thanks for looking sully

    Did these this week, After 2 1/2 years on free4all rick wore me down and i finally got comfortable with spirals. used #1,#5 on this. Wood is sureply from lowes and frames are cherry and walnut by me.About 20 hours cutting with a litlle over 350 cuts. Thanks for looking and of course coments good and bad are welcome. Pattern is my own. sully

    I'm a sitter for sure, Crank up my contemporary christian and i'm set. Use a barstool and have my saw tilted 6" at the back.I get so wrapped up in cutting and my music wife has to flash the lights to get my attention. Course when a blade breaks that will snap ya out of yer trance. sully
