  1. Here's a thought for Christmas's to come: Grinch, Max(the dog), Cind Lou Who, and all the main characters, Ralph and *the Lamp* , Scrooge, Snoopy and Charlie Brown's tree. I can think of a ton more. Don't forget Rudolph and his shiny nose. Fab 4 (Paul) did all 8 plus 1 ornament patterns of Santa's Reindeer. You could do one each year. I did them last year and love them. Here's a picture. You will find them in the Ornaments for Charity book for last year.
  2. Happy Birthday Edward, Have a wonderful day on your Christmas Eve Birthday.
  3. FYI, The Gnome Flasher is a stained glass pattern.
  4. Totally love this. Thanks for sharing.
  5. I make a lot of ornaments fo our stainless steel refrigerator. I buy my magnets at Walmart. They have 3 different sizes. I find all three sizes work depending on the weight of the ornament.
  6. FYI: For all Sue Mey fans, Sue is having a 20% off sale on all her Christmas patterns till 12-26-2024. She has some really lovely patterns, I just bought a few. Enjoy!
  7. I bought it off Amazon Marie.
  8. They look beautiful as it. If you choose to paint the wreath, just paint the outline and use a subdue red so it blends in but also stand out softly.
  9. Ken for clock patterns check out our pattern library under Utilitarian. Several to choose from, also check Steve Good's site he has several patterns as well.
  10. Bought me a little Christmas present. Got it today. Has a ton of interesting patterns. Many I have never seen before. This is going to be fun.

  12. Beautiful.
  13. Happy Birthday Alex, Wishing you a peaceful day.
  14. Steve Good also has a few marine patterns, one is the emblem, another is Marine veteran plus a third one with the emblem in a circle which would make a nice clock plus a few more.. I remember Sylvia, she was in the same group I was in. I'm sure I have several of her patterns. Would have to go thru all of my CD's to find them.
  15. I had lake front property in the Upper and would find, driftwood, sea glass and lots of tiny shells. Lake Michigan was a 20 minute drive and found a ton of awesome driftwood. Even have a box of Petoskey stones my nephew found.
  16. Steve has it under Santachimmney.
  17. Gayle from The Scrollers Cafe has two pattern one of just Lucy and the other of her and Desi.
  18. Plain (non pinned) blades are what you want. They can fit into the tiniest holes. A pinned blade will not fit into a lot of holes on your patterns. I have heard good things about the new Bauer saw. A couple of our members have one so they could give you more information. Welcome to the Village. Any questions just ask, someone will help you out.
  19. I love both as well. Each has its own challenges. I find doing stained glass easier for me as I have done it for years. I would love to see each with light behind them to get a better idea of how they each would look with the light.
  20. Each year I do a Marine ornament for Hubby and this is this year's orn. I did not put a backer on the bell itself as he preferred it without. The bell outline I will do in blue.
  21. Great cutting. Yep those hair lines would be *hold your breath lines*.
