  1. Ok I decided to cut a second one, but I upsized her to 120. Plus I added a little bling. Think I will do a 160 or 180 and make into a windchime.
  2. I went thru all the patterns posted here and the one Ralph needs is not there. Maybe Innar can be contacted and get the pattern needed that way.
  3. I found 3 napkin holders in Utilitarian section on page 1 but not this one.
  4. Ok Ladies and Gentlemen, I flipped the little girl over and painted it solid black. I wanted to see how she would look and I must say I like. So now I know she will look good painted and also as a silhouette.
  5. I'm not sure why you want to disconnect the speed control? I have the Wen 21 and I use a dead mans switch which you plug the saw into and then plug the switch into the electrical outlet. I can change the blade speed by the control on the machine. i bought mine on Amazon for less than 15.00 I believe. Is this what you were thinking about??
  6. Here she is painted and the silhouette with a red backer, May try a black backer
  7. I can vouch for Kevin, I chat with him on Facebook. I believe MrsN was going to step back for a bit if memory serves me correctly.
  8. She is about 5 inches and I plan on cutting some flowers to go with her. I am also going to do a larger version 8-10 inches and make her into a wind charm/sun catcher with flowers and watering cans hanging off her skirt. The silhouette I have is going to have a backer.
  9. Cut and sanded now do I stain or paint. If paint do I do black for a silhouette or pastels. Decisions, Decisions, Decisions! lol Thanks to Grampa (Paul) for the great pattern. I truly appreciate your help.
  10. Here is a snowman I made out of left over flooring. I love how it turned out. Just decide if you want the line vertical or horizontal.
  11. Now that is a project and a half. I bet it will be awesome when you are done.
  12. You can also go to Facebook and join each of the scroll saw groups there. Each group has patterns they share and you will more than likely find something.
  13. Welcome to the village Glenn. Bunch of friendly, helpful people here. Always someone to help you out when you need it. Be sure to check out our pattern library, lots of great patterns there.
  14. Tons of doctor appts. or errand to run. Busy painting the garden statues I have collected over the winter. Not to mention the 90 plus weather and then the rain and then the grass needs mowing and the list goes on. I have been printing out some really nice patterns Steve Good has been posting. I do check in everyday.
  15. Great job Ralph. She will love it for sure. Name looks like it was a bit tricky, but you got it!
  16. Very nice.
  17. WOW that is some slab of wood, can't wait to see it finished. The grain is beautiful.
  18. That is so beautiful. Your daughter will surely love it. Thanks for sharing.
  19. Awesome! She will be thrilled. Great job
  20. I am also in Central Michigan. I have an 8x16 wood She Shed I bought from the Amish. Hubby installed insulation in the walls and ceiling. Windows have storm windows he built, floor has laminate flooring. I have a ventless propane heater I run all winter. I turn it down to just keeping shed warm when I am not there. Usually around 50 degrees. I go thru a 40lb tank of propane every two and half weeks. Cost 20.00 to refill tank. I leave my stain, glue and all other freezables in my shed. By leaving the heat on my wood does not warp and my saws, drills and sanders stay rustfree.
