  4. Great job Mitko as you get more comfortable you'll pump these out 4 per hour but for now just take your time learn your twist and turns. As they say at Speedy's first you get good, then you get fast. Keep it up and keep posting those pictures Mitko we love to see them. .../Hans
  5. I take the cut out to them and tell them to make it a hair smaller, They know how to measure an oval from that
  6. In Canada at a lot of home improvement places you can buy exchange blades and router bits You bring in your old blade and for the cost of sharpening you get one in return, I never got a bad blade from them. I would check to see if it is available where you live.

  12. Thanks guys I never thought of formica But of course its a great option Now I'll have to hunt down formica as I've never seen it here. they use rock and tiles here for the counters. I'll keep you posted so spray on glue will hold it in place that's interesting to know. Well I'm glad I asked, even Master scrollers don't know everything. .../Hans

I heard someone mention about getting their saw table teflon coated I was curious how that turned out and if it is expensive my DW788 is only 8 moths old but exactly where my hands and fore arms rest on the table there is 2 rust spots starting to form, I wax my table weekly but the sweat is just burning through it. Any other thoughts? I've even thought of having it chromed if that would work. At the rate it is going I maybe looking at a new table within the next year for sure.
  15. I'm in the middle of a huge paint project and I hate painting but I do respect the paint sprayers a lot, this project however is all hand painted with a artist brush like 1/2" size and some smaller. i HATE painting

  20. I could almost be persuaded to give this a whirl although material is hard to find here and I don't think plywood would be suitable with the high humidity here.
