  1. Very nice cutting! I do think the cutting is great! I do have one little question, though. You cut a Ford and put the IH on the door; why? the Ford is even the right year. Some of the His Could actually have different grills ands still be the same year. IH used parts until they ran to a certain number then switched to the next group. There were some KB series still titled as 1950 units and some of the l series were also titled as 1950 units.
  2. Just an update for Spirit Horse! Here is another wheelbarrow planter-- also sold. The pictures are before and after the trial by fire! Same planter.
  3. Always thought about the same thing! They used to call me "preacher" behind my back; but, I knew.

  4. Nice! I think; if I even tried that I would break it unrepairable about 9/10 finished--! Real patience and very nice cutting!
  5. The noise may be from a vibration on your stand/bench/table--check that out! If the noise is in the saw-- I think Larry is right! Take it back and have them at least check it out for you--otherwise the day after the warranty has expired; so will the saw! I have found funny noises that were just something on the other side of the table being vibrated by the machine! So do look for that sort of thing too. Even hanging on a close wall and being vibrated a tiny bit can make a noise! Also make sure you are not running on a long light gauge extension cord-- I thought that I heard speed variations! Good Luck-- As we are SNOOPY--Please let us know what you find! We also want to see some of the work that saw can do!
  6. Nice fish! I think some of are just jealous because we can not equal the quality of your work.
  7. I like your wheelbarrow. I am really fond of the intricate farm scene in the house photos! NICE WORK all of it. I have also done some wheelbarrow planters! The photo is the latest 2. The larger one is 4 feet long.
  8. I like the different font! Not same old same old!
  9. Nice!

Very nice design and work! Good luck on the sale!
  12. Making a client's wheelbarrow planter on the 20" saw with 26" cuts. Fun to make- My own patterns. A lot of learning on every one! I use free cedar so I can sell these reasonably priced. Some hand tools used and a few different saws. Scroll saw, tablesaw, and chop saw even a handsaw for a few small cuts. The belt sander also does a lot of the more precise fitting for me. One is going to be for sale & is already claimed-- she is to get choice! Yes they are actually torched for the burned/antique effect!] The wheels are actually joined boards with an exterior splicer to add to the look!
  13. We all have and unfortunately we will again make STUPID mistakes! You are not the "Lone Ranger!" It always seems to happen if we are interrupted; or rushing to finish something out!
  14. Very much above both my skill levels and my patience levels! Extremely nice work!
  15. Not ure I will ever do another! Every one that I have tried has been mostly a bust! I seem to do better at my own garage sale! Some must do better than I Good Luck!

  17. Eating is a bad habit anyway! Congratulations on the score! Cutting branches straight can get challenging! Nice work!
  18. Nice work. There is a special joy in making toys! The rocking horse I was coerced into making nearly 27 years ago now, ended up being used by great-grandson too!
  19. Should be 100% that are against that BS!

  20. As usual--OUR OWN A.K. summed it up well! Nice work.
  21. The one that you are the most comfortable running on all aspects is the one that is better for YOU! I like my DeWalt 788; but, it is not perfect either! That question is like "Which girl is prettier?'=-- The one you are with---- better be your answer!
  22. Just A.K. do--in--A-gin! Usual nice work!
  23. It needs a detail painted in; by someone much better at that than I am! Neat Idea, nice pattern and good work! Good luck on the art part! Or you could spray flat black and the waterproof spar varnish!
  24. Those 3wise men always sum it up! Agree 100%.
