  1. I remember liking those when you posted them before. I'm sure you will get more orders once word gets out. Rob
  2. Wow that's great. The spirals have worked wonderfully on the tyre tread. Great pattern and cut. Rob
  3. Great cutting Daniel. I have cut a few papercutting patterns and will have to try and find that one. I really like it. Rob
  4. Beautiful cutting Peter. The Scrollers Cafe have patterns of a kangaroo, wallabie and koala you may want to look at. Rob
  5. Great work as always Frank. Good to see you back. Rob
  6. Wow Cliff that's awesome! What a great and generous thing to offer. Rob
  7. Thanks Dan. Sometimes I think it stands for Rob Is Mostly Using.... Rob
  8. With a piece that good you can truly be forgiven for bragging a little. Awesome piece, Rob
  9. Yes Paul, I think so. Rob
  10. I just found the pattern. It was indeed from Scroller's Cafe and was created by Gayle. Rob
  11. Thanks everyone. @Jim, I'm pretty certain I got the pattern either from here or from Scroller's Cafe but I couldn't find it when I checked before posting it. Heck I couldn't even find the pattern on my own computer! I will have another hunt for it and let you know if I find it. Rob
  12. Hunting is popular around here so I cut this wild boar plaque hoping it will sell at my next craft fair. I'm not sure what the timber is, it came from an old bookcase. Finished with boiled linseed oil and Rustoleum semi-gloss spray. Rob
  13. I really love the live edge contrasting with the creamy wood. The cuttings are outstanding too. Very well done. Rob
  14. The pattern Jerry found is by Steve Good. Rob
  15. Iggy Iguanodon would be the one to ask. He is selling a lot of dog woodimals lately. Rob
  16. Lovely birdhouse Paul. I like the contrast between house and bird. Rob
  17. That looks great Dick but I have to ask, what on earth is Vanderbilt? Rob
  18. Wow what a great piece of work. You must have the patience of a saint. Rob
  19. Thanks Dan, I have seen one when we lived in the UK but you don't see many American cars here in NZ, mostly Jap imports. Rob
  20. I had a request for a key rack featuring a Ford GT500 Mustang. Having found a suitable image on the web, I used Inkscape (Thanks Travis for your excellent tutorials!) to create a pattern. It was interesting working out what detail to include and what to omit but I hope I have captured the essence of the car. This was my first attempt at creating a pattern so if any pattern designers have any suggestions or tips I would be most interested. Rob
  21. Kevin, you could use dowels to join the apron/skirt to the legs. You could make a simple jig pretty easily from some hardwood scraps. Rob
  22. Lovely cat Ralph. Beautifully cut. Rob
  23. Beautiful delicate cutting Dick. I like that pattern. Rob
  24. Great to hear you are doing so well Iggy. Your set up looks really professional now. All the thought you put into it is paying off. Rob
  25. I think that is actually Sasho's pattern aka Neptun. Rob
