    Mine looks like it's painted. Like Scott said don't worry about it and keep it waxed. That is my story and I am sticking to it.

    I buy cheap and buy a lot on line. The sales tax where I live is 9 3/4% that is a big savings right there. How ever I do like buying from my Woodcraft store. They have great service and I like that.

    I need a thin backer board so I can frame some of my cuttings. I cut it using 1/4" BB ply and know I can buy 1/8th ply "I think" but that might be to thick. I can also build a frame but I rather not.

    Repair update!!!!!! Well I used Russell's ""Birchbark"" suggestion to glue it but I did it a little different. Thanks Russell. You can see in the picture where I continued the cut to the tape. I then glued it together with CA glue. Being that it's going to have a backer board I think it will be okay. After me making such a big BooBoo I am pleased how it turned out.

    I agree with Dan on this, use Alleen's. I have also used Weldbond with success.

    Roly the table looks like a regular table. So what did you do? You must consider I am blind in one eye and can't see out of the other.

    Scott we always want to sell more but you did set a new record so you should focus on that. I looked at your website and it looks great. Your table was set up very nice.

    Larry when I first joined SSV select not to get emails about when members post to a thread I posted. I look on this forum several times a day and don't need those types of emails. Is this what you are referring to? I can receive PM's and like that.

    I have never received an email from SSV but maybe I am not setup to receive emails. Why would I want to receive emails from SSV? Just asking.
