    Actually, I’m not sure right now. It was in the pile of “I’ll print this to cut later”! I gotta clean up some piles and quit doing that. ( yeah ok). I will try to figure it out.

    It’s time for me to make Christmas ornaments. Here is one. Pattern from Scroll Saw Woodworking abs Crafts magazine. Wood is 1/4” flame box elder.

    Seyco does sell a Quick Clamp renewal kit. Replaces just the parts that actually grip the blade both top and bottom. BE SURE TO REPLACE BOTH RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE OR BLADE SLIPPAGE MAY NOT BE CORRECTED. This is the small parts located inside the blade clamps. I always keep a spare set. It might help until the Pegas clamp assembly comes in. Maybe.

    My take is that there should have been two different shipping charges, one for the clock in the box and one for the pattern in an envelope. The shipping seems to have been combined, so that limited the options.

    I would try an iron on low setting with NO STEAM, NO WATER and press it. That is how we ironed our sewing patterns in Home Ec.

    I store all my finishes inside my house in a lockable cabinet where I have heat and air conditioning. I also don’t have problems with spray cans going bad. I don’t have a business.

    I have looked at that a few times. Fairly close to me. If you want I can “hold on” to it for you until you want to pick it up.

    For me, the DW 788 is just about perfect. No adjustments necessary, it just works. Pure and simple. The only thing I wished it had is rack and pinion table tilt.

    I finish sand before I scroll any wood. That includes Baltic Birch plywood. Sometimes it takes me a while to complete a project, like this one. Baltic Birch plywood, I had no issues. It took me over a week.
