  1. I am glad you are back!
  2. I also wish for Menards. I bought my chair for scrolling at Office Depot.
  3. It amazes me that glass ornaments are still for sale. I will have to consider a sign for my ornaments that state that they are not for children to play with.
  4. When I found a similar problem, the set screw on the bottom clamp was the problem. Very small problem, but fixing it helped me.
  5. Interesting and Very cool!
  6. That might be fun to try!
  7. That sure turned around an bit you in the …. Nevermind
  8. Frank, I LOVE your work. If you would make the painting of the bird graduated. Red at the bottom, lower parts near the flame and less to none the closer to the head. So he is rising OUT of the flames. I hope you understand what it is that I am “seeing in my head”
  9. I only use CA occasionally. I buy the tiny multipacks from Harbor Freight. Use it and toss it. Easy and works well for me.
  10. I recently saw a Facebook post from him. He is ok.
  11. I wonder if somehow we could ask someone like Diana Thompson to design this. She makes really cool compound cut patterns. I have made a few including a bear sitting on a stool.
  12. I am now thinking of trying to just let the planer blow the chips into a bucket and unhook the shop vac. Less noise!
  13. I am just north of Spring Lake on 24-27. I have an older Excalibur 21 and a Dewalt 788 set up if you would like to check them out.
  14. The next scroll saw club meeting will be in Cary at Klingspor’s on Sunday May 1st at 2pm. You are welcome to attend.
  15. That design is perfect!
  16. I just ordered it. My to-do stack just got higher…
  17. The self adhesive full page labels I use are permanent. They do NOT peal off. I put them on top of shelf liner.
  18. I cut this out of red cedar and poplar. I used the cedar because the knot was the perfect size for the stone! Because of the grain direction, the crosses are fragile.
  19. Sometimes it lines up, sometimes there is enough open cuts near to see, sometimes I put my other hand under the table and sometimes that works, sometimes I put my other hand under the work so I can touch the blade and the hole. Mostly, nothing is perfect.
  20. That’s just beautiful!
  21. I went to Steve Good’s site. I just typed in ‘easy’ in his pattern catalog and got easy animal puzzles. I’m sure there will be enough in that section for you.
  22. This is a box I made from a bit of scrap walnut. The box is 2 1/2” X 2 1/2” X 1 1/2”. made from one inch walnut with 1/4” walnut top and bottom. I flocked the inside. It will hold the necklace.
  23. I have had a Festool hooked up to my EX21 since I got it. Years ago. Works great.
  24. One is 1/4” 9” X 11” MDF core cherry plywood in an Oak 14 X17” frame. The second is 1/8”, 8 x 11” Baltic birch plywood in a 14 X 17 frame I painted black.
