    Steve Good sells them. 1” circle. Easy to add. For all he gives me, I like to be able to purchase something from him.

    These are a Shiela Landry/Keith Fenton design. Made from 1/4” Cherry with a painted 1/8” Baltic Birch backer. I don’t do much word art. These sell well. I don’t send flowers when someone dies, I send one of these. I also keep at least one handy “Just in Case”

    Are you putting a backer on them? Wouldn’t that make them 1/8” cut, 1/8” backer, I/4” finished product?

    I don’t do anything fancy to mount spiral blades. Just put ‘‘em in. Does your saw use a special kind of clamp? I have used them in a DW788, Excalibur, and Pegas clamp heads.

    I recently received my New DW788 from Amazon. It stated it was manufactured in Taiwan. I am VERY happy with it! Thanks for the heads up!

    No problem, you Should be charging for postage.

    I use a skip tooth blade. It clears the sawdust better.

    I don’t know if it makes any difference in the Dewalt. The Excalibur 21 Manufactured in Taiwan was said to be better than the one made in China. The Dewalt I just purchased from Amazon was made in Taiwan.

    What blade are you using? Do you have the wood in a clamp? Have you watched Steve Good’s YouTube on the subject?

    When using flat blades, the vinyl glues back together behind the blade. I might be doing something wrong. I just use spiral and I don’t have the issue.

    I use both as well. It depends on the size of the pattern too. I also use spiral blades on vinyl records. I can not use flat blades on them.

    I used walnut colored Danish oil on the dog, natural Danish oil on the person.

    You can use the black to paint eyes. Easy to find this time of year, might even be on sale because Halloween is over.
