  1. There is nothing wrong with that! In fact.. everything about it is right! Awesome job. They will love it.
  2. Looks good! I have been looking for just the right wolf pattern to make for my neighbor. This one could be the one. Looks like you have some old license plates displayed. My Dad had a bunch, wished I would have kept those.
  3. Awe man,, I think I have a piece of Oak about the right size too. Thanks
  4. Thanks!
  5. Ah,,, Thanks,, I'll get some more ordered!
  6. Hot Rod Pink! I think it was you last year that put my onto the plans for the Fat Fendered Freaky Fords. You also told me where to buy the wheels and axels. I bought some but I am about out. I can't remember where I bought them from. Can you give the link again?
  7. Thanks Dick! I very much appreciate that! I picked the colors of the snowman,, but the wife did the painting. I do not like to paint.
  8. Thanks!
  9. Thank you Ma'am!
  10. Thanks RJ
  11. Don graciously made this pattern for me, thanks Don. I used to work with a guy over 25 years ago that just turned 80 years old. I haven't seen him or his family for at least 10 years. I actually taught his oldest daughter how to drive. I was given an invite to his surprise birthday party that she was giving him. Don made this pattern and it's a good thing that I made it the next day,, I was off by a week on the date of the party. I didn't have time to do anything fancy with it. I was planning on using BB Ply but found a piece of Cedar. I had thought that it would be a little nicer than the ply, but it didn't have much grain. 1/4" Cedar, used a FD UR1 and a few coats of lacquer.
  12. Rules? There are no rules! LOL
  13. I read your post, then went to Youtube after I finished up here in the Village. The first thing I saw was this.

  15. Not sure what to say here,, Cool, awesome, touching, dang,, just dang!
  16. I have read these posts before many times. I have the Dewalt and have never had any blade slippage. I have had to adjust the set screw on occasion to avoid getting the "hockey stick" put into the tips of my blades. At this time, I don't see how the Pegas clamps would help me. I'll continue to reads these posts though.
  17. Nice looking piece of wood and nice cut. I have been looking for a good wolf pattern to cut something for a neighbor. I've seen many patterns but none have been the one yet.
  18. I've read before that all sides should be finished because of the reasons mentioned above,, but I have also read that that is a myth.
  19. Thanks! I appreciate the words.
  20. Thank you Ma'am! I actually want to keep it! LOL
