Thanks everybody. if i feel better tomarrow i'll take picture of it before i unstack it and then of them separated... woke up this morning with a horrabe cold!! mumble grumble....stuffy head soar throat...you get the idea spent most of today in bed and will probly line down again soon... rather bad timeing....i finally found instructions for my 3d printer and get them printed out yesterday and they made better sense this time when i read them ( its hard to do anything with migrines lol) and the parts came in for my cnc machine to.....was planning on going through the turtal in my email for the cnc machine today but ahh well there not going anywhere. i used 1/4 inch baltic burch wood for the wizzard and spike got me the reallly small blades the blades were 0, 2 4 6s i still have a few of those left and will save them for when i give it another try. it was looking pretty good and i thought i had nailed it until the last few cuts in the middle. thats when everything started comming apart....i used my hot glue gun on the outer edges of the wood to hold them together then i wraped masking tape around the boards so they couldnt shift while i was cutting....i wouldnt feel so bad about it after all not EVERYTHING i work on comes out...but it really bugs me when im almost done and the darn thing gets really messed up!!! lol as for the headaces and migrines iv been having them for over 30 years....i finally had to go on disablity because of them about 12-13 years ago. Iv seen several drs and nero drs....and tons of different meds....I went to a ciroprater for awhile and it helped for awhile.....but then it became in affective.... finally last year i was sent to a nero dr in kallamzoo....the bowtox shots are a God send....better then even then the iropractor as it dosnt just dull the pain and make it more bairable....it gives me several hours a day pretty much pain free and the pain i still have is so mild i can ignore it for the most part. i still wear dark glasses if i go out side and i follow my migrine diet...but if i over do thats when i get the break through headaces. always have had trouble with that. lol anytime i feel half way decent i tend to try to do as much as i can as fast as i can while im still feeling good lol and i spent like4 days baking from the time i got up until about 6 - 7 oclock at night. lol im just glad i was able to use up all the zuccinne before this cold hit! lol and now im going to take some more dayquil a couple of asprin and lie back dwn

well its back to the drawing board for my wizzard pattern. i stack cut 4 of them and i dont think any of them came out .... when i looked at the bottom couple of boards i can see where a LOT of the inside cuts have broken off.....they must have broken off when i made my last cut because iv been checking it every time i go to another hole.... and im haveing trouble getting the tape and pattern off the top....so im pretty sure im going to loose more pieces on the top while i try to take off the plastic ... let alone do any kind of sanding.... I think i made my mastake was by starting my cutting at one edge and going around and then trying to do the middle last.... i proubly should have started in the middle and worked my way out? i printed the pattern out several times, so i still have it with out having to search for it in all my patterns...i'll just have to get more wood for it before i can start it again....and before that id best make one or to things for the craft boxes....thats ok though i should prouble take a break from it before i try it again..... i' ll try to get it apart and see if theres anything i can salvage from it as i take my breaks from baking...speacking of baking id best get to it...i lost half of yesterday due to neck and head pain.....and iv already got pain in my neck and a mild headace...i'll take some more asprine and hope it helps.....spike says iv proubly just over done it this last week....i hope hes right and pray that the botox treatments are starting to not to work anymore....i dont know what id do if the bowtox stops working .. i think thats the last resort and the very thought of having to go through all that pain 24/7 again simply terrifies me....im not sure i can go through that for hours, days weeks and months again...so please add your prayers to mine that this is short lived and the powtox shots will countue to work again....oh well there is asprain to take and bread to to make....so far this day is not starting out very good.

there both fantastic!! you did great work and i would never have been able to the the difference in the letters if you hadnt told me you did the one with the spiral and the rest with regur blands. as for the skulls i have a sister who is a lot younger then me who likes them and shes always wanted a hurse for a car....my youngest daughter does the skulls and also wants a hurse and they both just love going to cematarys! shudder... my youngest daughter also collects living dead dolls.....i didnt even know what one was until she asked for one for xmass in her teens....went to the store and had to ask some one what it was and where it was! lol sometimes i wounder about this younger genaration.

lol well it didnt quite go as well as i had planned!! lol all ivv got done so far today is the candy pecans in the crock pot and 2 pans of zuccinnee bread in the oven!!! i was behind before i even got started because i for got spike took most of my bakeing utensal and put them up because i dont use them as often as i used to which is true BUT i couldnt FIND them to get started this morning !! lol which of course made me a bit earitable ..... so of course i had to tell him i wouldnt be having this much trouble IF hed STOP trying to orgnize things and what the heak was wrong with them where they were at? lol he was having trouble closing the drawer i had them in because there was so much stuff in that drawer and this way only the stuff i use all the time is in the drawer... of course it SOUNDS logical!! and i must have AGREED to it but when i start doing mass cooking i DONT WANT to have to HUNT for my stuff... lol but thats not the only reason im behind, my 62 year old body DOSNT want to listen to my 20 -30 year old mind!!!! lol but i WILL NOT admit to spike that he was GRRRR RIGHT!! and i do have to learn new ways of doing things and accept the fact that im OLD now and just cant keep up with what i used to do. lol now im off to get the next batch of bread put togther so i can put it in to the oven when i take the others out lol my BODY WILL do what i TELL it to!!! mumble grumble spit and spirt !!!! lol

well spike was kind enough to preree the zuccine for me before he went shopping for all the ingreadents so i got some more work done on my wiiiizzared. its almost done now but i have to put it on hold for a bit until i get this round of cooking and baking done ill have to have spike get the crock pot down tonight so when i get up in the morning i can start the candy pecans in there, and then get the frying pan ouot and start the other recipe of candy pecans....once i get those in the oven i can start baking the many different kinds of zuccine recipes i have, by the time i get the first batter ready to go in the oven the pecains should be done and ready to take out and cool....then i'll start on my next round of batter....everything should go fairly smoothly IF i can keep spike from insisteing i take it easy and do just one thing at a time !! lol he would rather drag things out for a few days instead of in just a day or so....silly man i keep trying to tell him im a restrant cook, the few things i do in my home kitchen all at one time is nothing compaired to all the things id be cooking in a restrant kitchen!! and yes i know im not as young or healthy as i used to be.....he tends to remind me of that when ever im in the multi tasking craze lol i may be going down but i'll go down fighting!!! lol and my yucky old body isnt going to stop me from doing .... at least not yet... i hae a bar stool in the kitchen when i need to work at the counter and a chair at the taable if i really HAVE to sit down... and now im off to play some games before bed and tomarrows busy day lol who knows mabye i'll have time to finish my wizard peace from the time i finish this batch and get more zuccine to start the next lol

when spike first moved in I had an old blow toarch that i had been using for years.... spike didnt like the looks of it and didnt want me to use it anymore....lol so he got me a very small torch from harbor frate , i must admit its a lot lighter then the big tourch i had been using. i just have to see if i can find it lol

hi, i found this pattern on line and copied it to give to my grandson to make out of paper and card board.... I was woundering if anyone could make a wood pattern out of it for me? I think all that needs to be done is to sepreate the different pieces so i can trace them onto wood and then cut them out and put together with nails or screws or something. Iv tried to trace all the pieces so i could make my own pattern but for some reason i have trouble traceing each individal peace. Theres no rush for the pattern as im working on several other things right now but thought id ask anyway. Thank you so much for your help. im still working on the wizzard pattern but it s going to take awhile as im doing a lot off harvest cooking right now....even though i have it over half finished lol will post it as soon as i can and thank you again for all your hard wood and help

ok most everybody who knows me knows i just love dragons lol i had wanted to make a dragon house sign so i talked to my friend Ritia and she drew this for me... it got lost for awhile when we moved into this house. But iv found it again yea!!! Ritia made one for herself to but someone stole it right off the tree at the front of her driveway!! she never made another one because this was the third address sign she had made for her house and all of them got stolen. we still dont know why someone would steal from her...after all they had HER address on them and she would have gladly made one for anyone who wanted one....and given it to them but theres no knowing what is in some peoples minds... Im hoping being in the village limits mine wont get stolen once its done...The inside of the sign will be cut out and i'll put my address numbers inside of it... im going to do the line carving on this like i did for my daughters D&D sign on both sides and then i'll paint both sides... if anyone wants the pattern you can copy the pictures i have on here and inlarge it.... i took 2 pictures of it one without the flash and one with the flash so you can decide which picture you can see the best to make a pattern if you want. i'll be making mine out of 1/2 in wood....at least i think thats what spike said it was.... step one done now all i have to do is trace the pattern again then get out the carbon paper and transfer it to the wood.

beautiful!!! it would make a great bird feeder in the yard!!! but until i can think of a way to keep the squreells out of it i'll wait to make it i cerently dont need another empty bird feeder sitting in the yard lol

yup they look great to me to!! and another project i havent gotten to you yet lol would make great christmas presents humm and i can change the fret work into different things that the kids like....star wars for my son in law and Dr who for daughter in law.. skulls for my youngest daughter and snowmen for my oldest daughter...and dotsons for my brother!!! lol humm maybe some grapes and wine glasses for my sister....and of course for me star trek lol

great work!!! and yes i love them both!! my son is a big scoby do fan...so years ago i made him a scooby doo paper towl holder for his first apartment...he never used it he put it in a drawer i assume its still in a drawer in the house he lives in now.... most every thing i have made him he keeps in a drawer so i dont make him things anymore lol the onlly thing he ever used was the quilt i made for him with every other block hand emboridered....i made it for him when he was 3 lol it to is not in a drawer as its so old and needs mending lol

simply beautiful!!! ever time i see a project that has to do with music and gittars in pictular i think how much my older brother would love it!! and how much i would love to make it for him. Hes been gone now for over 30 years but i guess there are some things that just stay with you . He died in 1974 2 days before he was to aduction for Roy Clark. youve heard the song jonny be good? that was my big brother only he was a Richard. a stright A student... even skiped 2 grades... he was only going 30 miles an hour on a brick road spun out and hit a tree...he was only 17. saddest part of it all is he would proubly have lived if he didnt have a phobia of drs and shots...he fought so much they could nt get him settled down so they could work on him... sigh...oh well like it said it was over 30 years ago...some things just remind me of how much i mess him i guess.

lol that i am. spike declared today as a holiday...sort of a day off. lol so i did manage to get into the wood shop for a little bit. Although i love doing the fret work on my wizzard im not sure if i will ever do anything that complex again. its not the drilling of the holes or the cutting thats getting to me...i enjoy that but rather the really small saw blades...i changed to a larger drill bit then i was using to one slightly larger but still small enough to not go into another peice or the white airea....and im still having trouble thearding the blade into to the holes.... the darn things keep bending on me lol or breaking befor i even get it in the saw. lol now im trying to take the blade competely our of the saw and threading it through the hole and then putting the blade back into the saw.... but im still having the problem of the blades bending as i try to thread it thught the hole... i hate to go to a bigger drill bit but i think im going to have to.. Hopefuly i have another drill bit thats just a little bigger then the one im using... im cutting a little bit into the black so theres a bit more room between the pieces im cutting out and that helps a bit....unfrountly i got to close on 2 of the peices and had them break out...but i was able to save the peaces and im hoping that i will be able to glue them back in place or that they wont make to big of a difference in the finished project.... we will see....but i am not going to toss out all the work iv done on it so far if theres any chance at all that i can fix it.... or even modify it some how. the wizzards face is all cut out already and if worse comes to worse i can modify the pattern and just frame the wizzards head humm like i said we'll see what i can do.... but im also going to look for another pattern a bit less complex to make for the stock box... that will make it 3 different projects in wood i'll be working on....the wizzard, and my friend drew a dragon address sign holder for me...spike found some wood thats big enouogh for it as well a thick enough... i'll cut out the middle of the sign the dragons holdeing so i can insert the numbers into it also made from wood , but i thinking i'll do some line carving on it like i did for my daughters D&D screen and then paint it... but i'll have to do it on both sides . hopefuly today i can trace over the pattern to make it darker and then use another peice of tracing paper to retrace the picture on to use as the pattern while saving the orginal....and of course im still doing the compound cut patterns and working on the cut offs . iv started crocheting with the plarn so im doing something while im watching tv. but of course all of this has to be done inbetween working on the food lol spike put up my swing chair outside and since it was so nice i went out and sat in it and crocheted for about an hour... not a big deal for most people but since i seldom if ever go out ..... lol it made spike happy.... lol well i guess it time for me to get back to work!!
