rules? you mean there are rules your suppose to follow when doing wood working??? lol humm glad i dont have a list of those lol the only rule i have for any of my crafts is DONT GET HURT!! lol and if i do get hurt its make sure you dont do that again!! lol humm maybe thats why i was always put in charge of the kitchens in the resterants i work in, lol did follow all the rules there either lol still dont lol

work shop looks great!! and hey the more room you have the more fun you can have lol its just me and spike and the animals and we an acer of land. lol when looked at this place I loved it!! the house had everything we could need or want...it was in town which is something we decided on because of our ages and health and oh my all that land!! now I grew up in the country... not like country is today lol some times we were the only house on the road. lol every now and then there would be maybe 1 or 2 other houses on the road, but to get to your neibhors house you had cross a field or 2 . lol and everybody played in the hedge rows lol there was only one rule...you can cut through the field to get to your neibhors house as long as you didn't step on or knock down the stuff growing in them lol you had to make sure you walked /ran in the rows between the crops.lol we used to play hid and seek in the corn fields lol now spike on the other hand grew up in chicgro...the windy city since I cant seem to spell the name right lol if he had a yard at all it was very small. he took me to see it one time its onllya few hundred miles from us... and none of the homes had any yards...I asked him where the kids played and I almost had a heart attack when he told me in the road.... now if you went in the road out in the country there was a good chance you would get hit by a car going 65-70 miles an hour at least!! lol so this was perfect for us...still in town and I had my land lol and what do we do with all that land? mow it!! lol iv wanted to plant a garden since we moved here but spike has no idea how to do that and we don't have a rotiller….until me he didn't even know what a rotertiller was let alone how to use one lol and unfrountly im to short to use one lol when I was married to the ex he got the smallest one he could find so I could use it but even with thehandles all the way down all I could do was make a hole in one spot lol ahh well off topic again lol I know how happy you are with you new workshop, I couldn't wait to get everything set up and ready to use in mine when we got here!! I will not say any thing about keeping it clean lol the only time mine is clean is when spike gos in and decides it HAS to be cleaned lol I just tell him its on my lists but I have these projects I have to finish first lol

lol thank you everybody and yes im like the little pilgram boy to.. theres a sleeping pilgram girl that gos with it but i havent found that picture yet lol i have a different set of pilgram children just a little bit different this this set and of course i have a turkey ledge sitting as well lol and im still looking for that dragon pattern!! i will find it eventually lol

just a few little things I thought id put up...you can never find enough thanksgiving decorations...at least I cant so I make my own lol im always looking for thanksgiving patterns lol I like this little pilgrim boy sleeping some where theres a pic of a little pilgrim girl sleeping to lol and of course I must make toys!!! so when I found this bull dozer pattern I had to have spike help me make it lol and women must have ear rings and what a great way to use up small pices of 1/4 inch wood. and then of course another toy caar with 2 people in it this time....I left this one unpainted so some lucky child can paint it with his or her favorit colornow when my son was a child he loved dinosaurs!! so of course I have dinosaurs patterns of all kinds lol I leave it unglued so the kids can put it together themselves....and of course the parents or children can glue the legs to body if they want. my young grandson loves glueing things together. lol I got to talk to him on the phone the other day and asked when could he come stay with grandma again make stuff!! lol poor boy I had to tell him I didn't know but his dad can help him leave me messages or write grandma a letter...well that's it for now...

frank I want to learn how to use the opxy to... right now I just spray the polyurathing on everything..but they look so much better with the opxy… im going to ask spike to buy some next time he gos out and then see if I can opxy a few things that It wont matter if I mes s it up good luck!! and i'll be reading how you do lol maybe it will help me when I try it

so far I haven't found the dragon pic yet jolly red I lost yesterday and most of today due to a migraine. im resting this evening as after 2 days of pain it sort of wears me out. but not to worry!! I will get out my patterns tomarrow God willing and start looking. i'll start looking in my wood patterns....im pretty sure it should be in there....hum i'll see if I can find a pic of my dragon cork board to put up to lol wounder where that pattern might be? not sure where I got that one.... I think I put a picture of my ghost candy bowl...I made that from a plastic canvas pattern. ah there it is lol I made it from wood but it was or rather is a plastic canvas pattern lol I think its a bit sturdier made from wood but I will most likely make it from plastic some day too lol and I have to go and redownload all the patterns I got from here. I made a mastake and downloaded word perfect and it turned all the patterns I down loaded into wordperfect files which of course it couldn't read..grr!!! so we deleted word perfect...and spike work real haard on trying to save the patterns and he did save some for which im glad because I don't know where I got a lot of the patterns ...oh well I think between the weather and re downloading all those patterns my head just couldn't handle it....at least that's what im hoping it was...I don't go back to get my shots until next month I think....well ineed to get off here so you and everybody else have a woundleful night!!!

jolly red, i dont know if there is a pattern for it, you see i just took a dragon picture i got from somewhere and just cut it out then i just took a dowll and a square piece of wood and put the thing together... i'll look through my patterns and see if i have it drawn out somewhere if i cant find that i'' see if i can find the dragon pictures, if we'er lucky it will be in my folder maked dragon patterns lol if not i'll keep looking in the rest of my patterns but it could take awhile lol i have lots of woodworking patterns as well as sewing, knitting crochet and plastc canvas patterns to look through if its not in with the wood patterns lol i'll start looking as soon as i finish drinking my morning coffees

I cant slow done kevin, I don't know how long these new meds will last...once there no longer effective im back to where I was this past year....in to much pain to even sit up let alone craft. so im doing as much as ican as fast as I can.... I know it dosnt seem like it here but woodworking isn't the only crafting I do...I also sew crochet knit maching and hand emboridy plastic canvas and I still have to tke all my plastic bags and make plarn out of them...theres just not enough time in the day to do everything I want to do. lol and having to stop and rest and catch my breath all the time is down right annoying lol

well right now im working on putting my sweater together and iv started carvining on the 2nd bulldog tooth pick holder but i thought id put up a few pictures anyway as i have no idea how long those 2 projects will take to finish. lol now lets see the first one is a puzzlee of a roman solder i think ..lol then theres the pumpkin lamp it looked pretty good when it was all let up, and now still with the howlleen them i made a pull along black cat. lol i used my zapped cat pattern i got form the winterfield collection and just paited it blaxk and put it on a base with wheels...i sold 3 of those right way lol then of course dragon lovers must have at least one dragon in there kitchen so heres a dragon paper towl holder lol l thught this one was cute. lol and then theres the airplain lamp someone asked me to make for there son, i didnt have a lampshade to put on it but the people didnt care they could get there own lamp shade..now lets see oh yes the bless this house sign i took a pence and outlined the tree and house so id know where to put the green and blue on the baker boad. now my girls used to love barbie dolls and of course they needed furnture for there dolls so i learned how to make a few things for the out of wood, those sold real good to lolo and the last picture is of my oldest daughters shapie dog named coco. he died a few years back but helen really like the picture of him and she still has it hanging on her wall. the front and baker board are made from the same materal...i just turned the baker board over and painted it black. i think it came out pretty good and helen loved it so thats all that matters to me. lol well im off everyone have a great day evening or night depending on where you live lol

hey im glad your feelling better!! my youngest daughter suffers from depression as well....but she calls me and we talk nd I can usuly make her feel a little bit better if only for a short time while were talking.....I can usuly by the time were done talking get her to laugh at something....yup its ok to not be perfect God loves us anyway!! and of course all of us here love you too. and we have all had projects turn on us from time t otime lol

sounds like you've got a great project your doing...don't want to offend anyone but when im trying to do something im not sure I can do or don't quite know how to go from where im at to where I want to be,,,, I talk to God and ask for his devine help. nowt this does not mean that the project will turn out the way I want it to....sometimes I mess it up any ways and chalk it up to God helping me work on my patience lol but more times then not I do better then I would have alone.
