looks great!! wish I had had a planer when we first moved here spike cut down a couple of small trees nd I could have planed them and used them lol oh well and no I still don't have a planer lol athough I must admit im still half thinking about a cnc machine or engraver maybe...I saw some that you could take a picture and turn it into a wood pattern that the machine would make....im not sure if they can cut out thin pieces wood iv seen so many different things its hard to decide what I want lol...but I think an engraver would be the most affordable.

thanks for the great pattern! I think the puzzle is cute and would be great to paint.... hum maybe I should make up a few things to send to my grandson. He was really getting into making things with grandma and the part he liked best was painting....im sure he has cryons at home or magic markers...doupt dad could buy paint for him since its not a need....

that is fantastic!!! i love seeing all the work you people do.... for some reason when im doing fret work on baltic burch if its got to many inside cuts...it sort of splinters if you know what i mean...and if i try to make cuts that are real close together i find that i often have a problem with pieces breaking off.... i try to always stack cut when im doing fret on baltic burch in the hopes that the layers won't splinter and i wont break off any pieces... is there some kind of trick to this that the books havent told me about? these problems are the main reason i dont try to cut more complex and challanging work. if i have these problems with the simpler stuff im afraid trying something harder would be a disaster. just woundering.

oh that is so cool!!! my oldest daughter is a huge harry potter fan as well. i made crocheted her a harry potter sortin hat for xmass. are you selling the pattern? that would make a great christmass present for her next year... im just always looking for neat things to make for my kids using the things there interisted in. that looks beautiful!!

lol reading the posts i was thinking the same thing Gonzo lol tim the toolman taylor one of my favorit shows!!lol not that i had any idea what any of you were talking about lol i did watch my little brother pull a moter our of a car back in the 70s using a tree and big huge chains. lll they were of course in my moms back yard out in the country. lol but anyway i like the picture of the whole car lol i think its cute lol

she did love it!! she and her husband drove over and spike took the box of goodies out to her and put it in there car, and i could see from the windo how much she loved it. she refusied to come inside to see me and spike wouldn't let me go out so all i could do was talk to her for a sec through the closed windo and then wave her goodby. now for a little venting... cause who else do i have to vent to. lol if my family dosnt stop treating me as if im some kind of fragial sick little old lady im going to smake every last one of them up side the head!!! grrr....all my siblings and children and there spouses keep telling me there not going to vist or like heather they wont come inside because of all my health issues... even spike is making me feel like some kind of invalid....telling me i cant go outside and hug my 5 foot 9 baby girl...now i told spike to knock it off unless he wants a smake up side the head!!! lol which is why i dont let them know the real conditions of my health problems lol if there treating like i have one foot in the grave now ... i shudder to think how theyd treat me if they really knew my condition... ok venting finished.... on a lighter note i did finally get my birthday present from her.... a granny squares afgain.... to go with the other afgain she gave me a few years ago...lol both are of course beautiful!!! well hope everyone is having a great evening

great cutting and wounderful projects!!

I don't know if I mentioned it or not but my youngest daughter Heather is graduating from collage in June. She's spent the last 4 years going to collage an working full time... and getting very little sleep I might add.. well she s finished with her externship when they closed the schools down here in mich. im very proud of her!! I cant give her a party as I had planed but shes coming over today to drop me off some yarn and iv made a goodie box for her,. lol I would have put this on a table at a party for her but since we can't do that im sticking it in the box of goodies for her.. I wish her picture was clearer in the picture but oh well. im keeping 2 of these, one im giving to Heather and the other one im keeping for me...with her picture in it and a 2020 written on the bottom base . I got the pattern for these bubble head graduation picture frames from the winterfield collection I think.. I used to subscribe to them and got packits of there patterns every 3 months I think it was I might look into doing that again some day, not that I don't already have more patterns then I will ever be able to make lol

those are fanatastic!! it looks so realistic!!! id love to make one myself and I think you did a great job on the fret inlay box!! I found the sight and I love all the crochet projects on the sight but how do you get to either the patterns or the place to order buy the patterns?

thanks guys, hum murals in frames.. I don't think I have any patterns for those. lol right now im working on trying to save my birds in the birdcage from steve good..a few of the pieces broke so im attempting to repair them lol and I have the 2 bulldog toothpick holders cut out just waiting to be carved and then of course theres a project or 2 on woodshop wating for me to get them lol not to mention the letterholders that are still waiting for there blades lol I just have to sand them down and then taper them so there sharp enough to slice through an envelope. now im off to finish watching indeana jones lol the first one I think it is wiwth the nizes and looking for the ark of the covenet. lol

ok heres some more stuff iv made...this first one is a small box I made and put dads motorcycle on the lid for the knob...my little brother like it so much he grabe it up and said can I have it? lol of course I said yes and off it went not 5 minutes after it was completely done. lol then theres this vicking ship with a little vicking I thought this pen pencle holder was cuter so of course I had to make it lol then theres the segmented indian guy playing a flute of some kind , the little lady crocheting in her living room used several different patterns to make. then theres segmented light house in a shell , moms taxie service dry erease board and don't ask my the last picture of the pen pencle holder is way down there at the bottom because I don t know lol

thank you spirithorse…. these last 9 months have been as I said a blessing from God. I still have to pace myself and not do any one thing for to long...but by taking a hal hour to hour break after every 15 to 20 mintues of crafting iv been doing great!!! which isn't bad I guess since if im not just sitting in my chair or at the table I have to s it down anyway to catch my breath lol well now keven I think a blessing is a little much!! lol im no different then any one else on here. lol and now its about 10 pm, spike is opening up and making my bed so it tim I get off here and take my nebulizer and rest a bit before I go to bed, will be back tomarrow …. unless of course I get into something !!! then i'' be back later!! lol take care everybody tomarrow will be even a better day!!!

im sure she just loved it!!! I know you made the pattern as a toy, but just a thought here....I love plants and have tons of them....I was looking at your shark toy and when I saw the opening in it I thought that would make a great plant holder!!! you could either make it to hold plants by its self or you could make it to hold a small to med flower pot... or you could enlarge it and make an outside planter from it.... just some ideas I thought id toss out
