  6. Three cheers to you with a handshake and a hug.
  7. Yessir, nice saw. Ready to go. Wanna see that first one cut.
  8. Neither. I think it's the thickness of the wood that determines how delicate some cuts are. not necessarily stacking. One problem with stacking it not having the blade and table "squared". If you are not at 900 , then the bottom and top will not match. Causing delicates to break out. When the table and blade are at 90 degrees and a sharp blade, all will be well!!!
  9. Look at doing three like it was just one. Using 1/4" (Luan,BB or ply pressbd). Hot glue them together on corners (throw away spot) Do the delicate cuts first. More detail: I use "Glad Press & Seal" (You can see thru it), roll it on the wood. Attach pattern on Press&Seal w/spray glue Top with packing tape. Stack four if you are concerned about breakout.
  10. There goes your fire wood supply. That's a good idea and look nice too.
  11. I agree you do not need tuning fork... Most of the time I need to tension the blade as I cut.

  16. Good looking design. I like that. Thanks for the instructions.
  17. You selected a nice choice of wood. The pattern is simple and different. Kind of an abreviated Nativity. Well done.

  19. Well done Mimi, No wonder it is liked. Yea You.
  20. You did a great job on your scrolling and that is beautiful wood. May I suggest next time, make the board two inches longer so the sides match the top and bottom distance from the letters. That way you could route the edges also.
  21. Great for you. Give us a comparisson update in April.
  22. Great idea and they look good too.
  23. C'est La Vie Or as Forrest Gump would say, 'It happens.' I still have pieces in a bags that maybe I can glue back together

  25. Frank, you're doing good with them. Which spirals are you using? I've yet to figure out how to cut a 90 degree corner with them.
