Per your request ,I discussed the matter w/ all major issuers ,the were all in agreement of full issue , time frame, some thing a about when Hell freezes over,the very next day,they will issue a platium card ,just before hanging up ! (Laughing uncontrolably ) So watch the weather !

It's kind of like the back packers surprised by the Bear,one jumps into his sneekers ,His buddy yells you can't out run the Bear ,his buddy yells back as he passes his buddy ,I don't have to I just have to out run YOU! Scots can run pretty fast in those kilts .
