  1. Thanks for having us back Travis. I was starting to have withdrawal symptoms.
  2. Thanks for the explanation and welcome TAIrving.
  3. Great idea and a great final tree for your daughter.
  4. You did a great job and the simple things are really best. Well done.
  5. Excellent final result. I think that is how it should look.
  6. Very nicely done. I may need this design in the future, if I do I will contact Dave for permission.
  7. I'm with Marge there. Too complicated taking all these sizes/measurements/times etc. Much rather just enjoy scrolling and get on with life.
  8. Well done with the cutting and the frame. Very good work.
  9. That is a smart frame and a great picture cut.
  10. Loads of good work there. Looks like the camper is a winner.
  11. Spectacular work there. I love the well crafted pieces and the table is superb. Don W
  12. Great answer to a storage problem. My wife has quite a few pieces like this and they may be better in a box like this, thanks for the idea. Don W
  13. Great work with beautiful woods.
  14. I also use Niqua blades as it easier to obtain them in the UK. I still use Pegas or Olson if a need a special blade.
  15. Good luck with this one. HP are fairly easy to setup with Windows but are just as easy on LInux. I have spent 3 days getting a new Brother A3 (11" x 17") printer set up on my Linux machine but it's finally installed and is great. I just plugged it into my Win 10 machine and it worked, (a desktop machine with no cd/dvd drives).
  16. Welcome from Fife, UK. I have seen you on ukworkshop forums for a while now. We are quite friendly here but we LOVE pictures, loads of pictures. Don W
  17. Could you take that email off the page please or alter it so that it can't be scanned by 'bots.
  18. Thanks for that, I had Frank's name at the back of mind for some reason.
  19. Can someone tell me who made these patterns please ?? Don W Entwined Bodies sculpture upper.pdf Two Heads sculpture busts.pdf
  20. Thanks for the information, I have plans but have not yet got around to making them up. I am glad it is of benefit having an angled table as the vision over the cutting edge should be better. Don W
  21. Congratulations on a new start to the year. I am thinking of doing something similar but the main point will be a sloping table like yours.
  22. This could be the best you have done yet Frank. Truly amazing and extremely colourful piece of art.
  23. No I didn't, or at least I don't think I noticed it. I was so glad to find these 3. I will probably have a look later. Seems quite an odd setup with these plans but I hope to figure it out. Thanks again Don W
  24. Frank, I have spent 3 hours on Steve's site downloading bits and bobs but I have not found these 3 cuties. Where do I search ?? Don W EDIT Sorry Frank, I went back and checked 'gnomes' and there they were. I may take these to the "Men's Shed" and use them as a learning aid. I will ask Steve if that will be ok.
