  1. Hey Paul, You'll have plenty of questions and this is the place to get answers. One of the first things to consider is blade choice. The ones that come to mind are Flying Dutchman, Pegas and Olsen. My personal choice is Flying Dutchman Polar, been using them for more than a decade now. I would suggest getting a sample pack of each kind to find what works for you. Other than that...scroll on....... Chris

    Returning

Welcome back... I went thru the same thing a few years back, when I returned is when I decided that I would do the projects that interested me, not for some other reason that set a deadline, that's when it's no longer fun ! So Pick the projects that catch your eye and no timeline.... Chris
  11. I used a fluorescent magnifying light for years, always bumping my head when it was rasied and seemed like I was always fighting it to get it n "the sweet spot" for cutting. Got a pair of these visor magnifyers and what a difference, just flip up after cutting and flip down to cut, band they move with me, I don't see myself ever going back to the fluorescent magnifying light Chris

  18. Depending on how thick it you could cut a key hole with a router. Otherwise I'd go with a saw tooth like spirithorse suggested. Chris
