  1. About 6 x 8 x 4.
  2. Will message you.
  3. If you are up for a challenge I will share the pattern and walk you through it. It sure helps if you have a drum sander but possible without one.
  4. I'm sure you can do it. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
  5. Looks great. Did you use an air brush?
  6. I think that is a nice little outfit but you are limited to 1/4" shaft things. It also only rated at 1/6 HP. I don't think that would hold up using mac mops and that type of sanding accessories.
  7. This is what I originally bought. https://www.ebay.com/itm/291030753225
  8. Awesome pattern and cutting as always. I like how you used the double backer.
  9. Very nice. Does the new piece go inside the old piece?
  10. Very nice job. In my next life hopefully I'll be a musician. I also tried playing the guitar but I didn't have the gift. I practiced for hours but never got any better.
  11. Sure hate to hear about your health. Hope you are back at the saw again soon.
  12. Would love to know how it cuts. These are 1 1/4 x 1 1/4. I glued us 3/4 aspen for the white. I've tried every type of glue and I can't seem to hide the joint. I ordered some 2 x 2 aspen on line but the color was bad. I have some 2x maple but I have no luck trying to compound cut on thick wood.
  13. I used the same design on the chess table and the table top model. The drawer slides all the way through so there is access from both sides. I made a small difference in the pieces.
  14. Awesome pattern and cutting of a great story teller.
  15. I know how the pieces move but that's about it. Chess is very popular now. I love making the sets.
  16. When my daughter saw the first one I made she mentioned that it would be a great graduation gift for my grandson. He will be going off to college and he could put it up in his dorm room and play his roommate as they came and went. That's what rang my bell.
  17. Looks great Dick. Thanks for sharing. I like how you framed it.
  18. On this one I embedded a magnet on the left side so I could add the arrow. This would be helpful if you would be playing someone who is absent so they know it is their move.
  19. Nice job! Intarsia is sure addicting. You'll become a wood hoarder also.
  20. Those are very nice. Is that Steve Good's pattern?
  21. I know nothing about the buffer. I bought the grinder two years ago at Rockler and got a deal and it was only about $110. Looks like it is $199 now which is about the same price as the buffer. Looks like grizzly has one for $109.
  22. I did get the left side from JGR but she does not offer what I have on the right side. I had the adapter for the drill chuck made.
  23. https://intarsia.com/products/flex-drum-sander This will fit a 5/8 shaft of a grinder.
