  1. I have found a spot on the floor that was flat and large enough before.
  2. Wetting the cup well, waiting a bit, adding weight has worked for me
  3. I have been playing with this recently. I mark the pattern with arrows. I have tried putting blue tape with arrows on my Saw table, I seem to forget about them. Mark your pattern with direction arrows. Also think about where would be the most convenient place to start and mark that for drilling.
  4. http://www.woodenteddybearonline.com/x/product.php?productid=4463&cat=220&page=1 Found a link. They also have something called Scroll saw tape. Iggy might like that one.
  5. I LOVE my Pegas clamps. They were a real game changer.
  6. The ones from Wooden Teddy Bear do stick well to bear wood and remove cleanly. I just might ‘Sick’ with what I know. (See what I did there?)
  7. I am pleased with Freud. Decent blade and a good enough price so you can replace as necessary.
  8. I saved that link! Lots cheaper than what I was using. Wooden Teddy Bear. $40 for 100 sheets of self adhesive paper.
  9. Mine is tilted. Just adjusted the back legs up.
  10. Why can’t I use scrapbooking paper. Possibly covered with clear contact shelving paper? I need Camo print for a backer on my current project.
  11. From what I am seeing in your picture, your blade is not centered in the clamps. Did you adjust the set screws in the clamps the way Kevin suggested?
  12. I have always painted with the craft paints. No problems
  13. Be aware, I did add the Pegas upgrade to my EX
  14. I’m old, I sit.
  15. It’s called Designer Firewood in my House.
  16. I love my Excalibur. I also did not want to mess with having the bottom clamp like the Jet Just me.
  17. I use the dremel drill press. My Scroll Saw is that n the house. I am not, running outside to the big drill press to drill a few holes.
  18. Very nice!
  19. I don’t cut playable records
  20. I put blue tape on first. I just hold on with my fingers. I found it much easier to cut with the small spiral blade. Thanks for that tidbit of information. I do enjoy cutting vinyl. I loved doing an original piece. Thanks so much!
  21. Spirals take more tension. I also think they stretch a bit in use. I try to check the tension now and again and if I have the room I mainly go forward. Just easier for me.
  22. I think this. Stain is wet. MDF swells when wet. Maybe if you just did the front... I am sure I would try on scrap first. No real help, I know. Just thinking out loud.
  23. AmazingKevin. Far left, moon walk.
  24. Thanks to the help from Blights69 for the pattern.
