  1. G'day all, Not really bragging, I was just looking something on old drives and came across this plaque I made for my Daughter's friend about 14 years ago. From memory, it was something to do with a game?. The angled shot is the true colours. They are real photos, not digital, that I scanned into the computer way back then
  2. A great puzzle Namunolie With my luck I'd drop if and never get it back together again as the number of pieces are effectively doubled, being both sides are the same. Good stuff
  3. I think you do great with your hand drawn patterns. the cutting and frame look good
  4. That's a neat and different type of box Alex.
  5. I was in the same boat for many years. I collected heaps of stuff including a jogging machine, thinking it would all make a great sander and it probably would have, but when one came on special for about $450, I thought "Bugger it" and dropped the cash.
  6. Very nice Don, Bandsaw boxes have always intrigued me, and somehow I have never made one.
  7. Once again a nice collection and wonderful gifts.
  8. Very nice, I too am a War Bird nut, both WW1 and WW2. My two favourites would be the Spitfire and Lancaster. Note to forget the Kitty Hawks and Beau Fighters.
  9. Did you check those for scorch marks mate! I wouldn't be surprised, the speed you knock them out. Another great bunch Kevin.
  10. Very nice
  11. Two very nice and unique pieces. I truly like them both
  12. Very nice and congratulations to both you and Margaret, Frank.
  13. A few very nice pieces Melanie. The puzzles are great and I really like the box.
  14. Superb cutting, lots of fragile pieces . Heldas does some great patterns
  15. Looks like a Sand Flea to me3. It's a little pricey, considering you can get an18" open ended one for about $900.
  16. A nice collection
  17. That's a great cutting of a nice pattern
  18. G'day Rolf, When I started my apprenticeship we still used animal glue. Had it in an electric pot which we used to fill with pellets of glue. I don't know if it was any better than PVA, but it wasn't any worse just a lot more mucking about. The beauty with it was, that if a piece needed repairs, and I mean an OLD piece you could heat the joint and pop it apart.
  19. A real beauty Brenda. Now make sure you get the old one fixed and you won't have any more worries. One of my favourite girls singing one of my favourite songs in the background. Good choice of saw and music
  20. A truly amazing piece there Clive. I really like the fretwork clocks
  21. How true. A couple of my favourite songs say the same things: I get a little sentimental at times This one from Trace Adkins and this one from Lonestar
