  7. Congrats Ike Any cash in your pocket is better than in somebody else's mate.
  8. It's not that much different then the Cabinet shop I did my apprenticeship in Marg. We had some air tools, but most was still done by hand. Terry would appreciate, that a Yankee Screwdriver was pretty cool.
  9. If you liked Sam Custodio's "Mechanics" Pattern I think you will love his latest. It is available from his Facebook p;age
  10. You will love them Gary. BTW Happy anniversary and may you have many more.
  11. Just initial the back or place an X on each piece or even use an adhesive star or dot on the back of the pieces.

  15. It's pretty sad isn't it Marg, when we don't even produce a local car any more. We bought the last model Falcon, a demo and I intend to keep it until it or I peg it, which ever comes 1st
  16. Thanks Leshko, no, no router. I bevel cut the ovals and circles on the scroll saw so they push trough from the back and wedge about half way through.
  17. Thanks Les The oval tops are 200m x 190mm and the Round tops are 240mm x 190mm The hooks are 25mm (1") square hooks.

  19. Looking good Ron, Small boxes are a treasure for hiding a treasure.
  20. Just completed these 4 key racks, another 4 on the bench. These ones will be going to a local shop. Cut from 19mm (3/4") Radiata Pine
  21. Jim, What i have is a 1/4" chuck from an old drill, It's a Jacobs so is pretty good. You should be able to pick up an old 1/4" electric drill fro next to nothing now. Undo the chuck, screw a bolt into it, where it used to screw onto the drill, Cut the head of the bolt, fit into your drill press and Bob's your auntie.
  22. @Tammi201 I Messaged you some cats. Have fun
  23. Marg, do the blade chucks, clamps move up and down, eg closer together and wider apart, or another way, do you have to hold them closed when putting in a blade. If this is the case, in the top arm is a mechanism that moves the top blade chuck up and down, on my Ex21 this is joined in the middle for some amazing reason. Quite a while ago, the nut that joins these came loose and I had a knocking noise. The nut that uses the saw is always loose
  24. I'll hunt them up and send them. I got most from various pieces of clipart.
  25. Very nice. It's this type of thing that gets passed down.
