I have been amazed at all your beautiful work and artistic talents. In fact, I was beginning to think you are a robot. Although I am not happy that you had issues with this project, I am happy that you are HUMAN. I would be happy to take you ones you had issues with off your hands. I am certain that whoever you did this work for will be very happy.

That is why you don't throw anything away. My wife used to get so mad cause I would hang onto stuff. Anyway, nice work. I have never tried anything like this. Will have to try it sometime.

That happened to me about a year ago. I have a Pegas scroll saw and a replacement lever came with it. I guess they new this would happen. With @Denny Knappen help I replaced it. Haven't had a problem since. Now, the next time this happens I will have to remember how to replace it.

hang tough Travis. If you have to charge a little more for the SSV membership, I'm willing to pay. I gain a lot from this website. I think others do to.

I too use shelf liner then spray the back of the pattern then place it on top of the shelf liner. If I have fret work that is fragile I use my wifes old hair dryer and heat the pattern and shelf liner for 2 or 3 minutes. Shelf liner and pattern come right off. Be careful when removing it from fragile fret work.

I really like these birehouses. I know that a few of you cut them. I can find a pattern here and there, but where on earth did you get all the different patterns. Is there a book out there with a lot of patterns?
Jerry
I usually watch your videos and always learn something. I have seen this pattern before and although there is a picture of it, I really don't know how it will look. I have an issue visualizing how it will look. Your videos show me how it will look. Now I have to try it, DANG.
Jerry
PS I like the picture you put in it.
Dick, this is beautiful. I would really like to know how you do it. Perhaps a short video or perhaps any books or web site that might show this technique. Beautifully done,
Jerry
Boy, I wish you were my "Grumps", but i'm a little old for that. Anyway, very nice. Although I don't always respond to your work, I'm always amazed.

Don, your not the first one who had to wait for someone to help with lifting your new saw. Use to be I could lift one. Was able to put the stand together, but had to wait for the kids to put the saw on the stand. Was definitely worth the wait. Enjoy your new saw.

Thanks Tyler. I always learn something watching your videos. This time how to spray paint small items. Such a simple idea but one that will work well for me. Makes me wonder why I didn't think of that. I for one tend to make things too complicated.
