Popular Post Scrappile Posted July 29 Popular Post Posted July 29 Just finished one of Charles Hand's newer patterns. Cut in 1/4" Oak, measures a little over 10" x 11.5". I soaked it in Wadco clear, than sprayed 5 or 6 coats of "ProLux" semi-gloss. MarieC, tomsteve, FrankEV and 19 others 14 8 Quote

I can only scroll for short period and I have to get up and move around. I did this over a several weeks and I was working on another project at the same time. If I guess I would say around 16 hours total. I am a very slow cutter also. Fab4, meflick, tomsteve and 2 others 4 1 Quote

Ditto - Paul estimated 16 hours to cut it, it would take me 16 weeks to drill all the holes, and at least 16 months to cut all those holes but I know I wouldn’t have the patience to even start it. Not really as bad as it looks. Per the pattern, approx. 220 cuts. I drill around 20 holes at a time. Gives me a break from cutting. meflick 1 Quote
