  1. I have a few different blades but can't remember what they all are. About the only blade I use is the FD new 3/0 spiral.
  2. I leave mine with blade out and tension off. I stop when I finish cutting a piece. I take the blade out of the top blade holder to remove what I am cutting and leave it that way.
  3. Welcome to the Village. If you are talking side to side that should be an easy table adjustment. As far as I know most saws aren't adjustable front to back.
  4. The floor underlayment is pretty good and cheap. It has all of the lines on one side but the other side is very good. I buy my 1/4" plywood at Lowe's and have them cut it into 1 foot by 4 foot pieces so it will fit in my car. I also just found out the Lowe's near me has 3 or 4 different hardwoods in 1/4" and 3/8" thick pieces.
  5. Looks nice Dan I'm sure you will love it. I wish mine had the radial slide function.
  6. Awesome work Jim. That is a lot of holes.
  7. Nice job. I have also cut a few of those. I bought the pattern at scrolleronline.com.
  8. If you go to Lowe's or Home Depot you can get a 4 by 8 sheet of 1/4 inch plywood for $19. That will give you 32 pieces 12 by 12. I have them rip it down to 1 foot by 4 foot pieces then I cut them down to what I want from there.
  9. I wonder if it will hold a FD new 3/0 spiral blade.
  10. I used a Dewalt for years at work and they are a great saw. The Rigid warranty is hard to beat. At home I have a Hitachi and it also cuts perfect angles. Good luck with which ever way you go.
  11. They look great. I love cutting cedar.
  12. Very nice, great job.
  13. Carl sorry to hear about your health problems. Glad you are doing better. I will be praying for you.
  14. Nice walking stick. I really like how it lets you defy gravity and stand sideways without falling.
  15. Very nice and great idea.
  16. Good luck.
  17. Very nice Marg. Great job.
  18. I change my blade when I have to start pushing too hard to make the cut. A lot of the time the blade will break first. I mostly do fretwork. I will stack cut three pieces of 1/4 inch plywood. I also cut 3/8 hardwood. My go to blade is the FD new 3/0 spiral.
  19. That's great Scott. I hope the rest of the show goes the same.
  20. Don't have the electric to the shop yet but it is done in the shop.
  21. Sounds like a great work area.
  22. August Cross. Very nice job cutting. I made some out of purple heart and some out of cedar. I liked the cedar crosses the best. Edit: my wood was 3/8 inch thick.
  23. Great team work going on there.
