  1. Well done. Hopefully it won't get stolen!
  2. Great frame for a lovely couple.
  3. Glad you are on the road to recovery. Great cutting.
  4. I switched to the Pegas clamps on my DeWalt when I kept over tightening the thumb screws and deformed the blade clamps.
  5. I recently purchased the King Excelsior 21 saw. Taking a long time to retrain the muscles for tensioning after 10 years with a DeWalt. I am not liking the plastic piece under the table which connects to the dust port. The Seyco dust collection hose is too small for the port. Has anyone just removed the plastic piece? If so, how much dust then falls through the other holes in the table? I will get around to looking at hooking up the other tubes for the Seyco system, just haven't had time yet.
  6. Great story - thanks for sharing that!
  7. Great collaboration! A family heirloom for sure!
  8. This is a place where you can create your own. https://suncatcherstudio.com/patterns/scroll-saw/
  9. They haven't arrived here yet. And, yes I think this one will stay in the house!!
  10. This is so beautiful. Love all the colours in it.
  11. Very nice.
  12. Thanks. The flowers, unfortunately, are where the biggest oopses happened. Glad that no-one else sees that!
  13. So many to choose from!! Here are a few. The puzzle tree is "spring/summer" one side and fall on the other side.
  14. I have used the pointy end of a small needle file or an old compass (for drawing circles) to dimple the holes.
  15. No apologies needed. The North American Robin looks quite different the the UK robin. Here in Winnipeg, we don't see them in the winter. They usually start showing up mid to late April.
  16. Not sure what you are talking about. The white section at the bottom is intentional. That is how it was done in the magazine.
  17. Nice cutting. Just wish the saying were true here
  18. Glad that everyone is okay. Your word art plaques are very nice. Great sayings and nice clean cutting.
  19. Well done Dick. Very cute. I like the frame and backer ideas.
  20. No animals were hurt. I purchased the Walrus Oil at a local shop, Professional Grinding. I like that there is no odour when using it. I would have liked it to be thinner to be able to dip/soak puzzle pieces.
  21. Nope. It did take a couple of weeks. Saw was down for about a week before I went out and got a new one. Also had a few other things that are needing to get done.
