  1. Nice clean cutting. A shout out to Don as well. He always seems to be able to help out!
  2. Great work - but what these guys asked!
  3. That is my personal rule as well.
  4. It was reviewed a few years back in the Scrollsaw magazine. I happened to find it at a wholesale place locally.
  5. Thanks, Just sucked me into watching instead of doing what I had planned. Kinda like watching his show
  6. I would recommend Unicorn Spit. These flamingos were air brushed with a very watered down mix of the red & white. I have also brushed it on - no brush marks. I tend to really water it down for a more washed look. If you used it straight out of the bottle it is more opaque.
  7. Beautiful!
  8. Great piece. I don't see the grain in the frame, or what bit I see when I enlarge, isn't' enough to distract from the whole
  9. Amazing painting!
  10. Great work Mel. I also like the second from last picture. Although the butterfly is a close second!
  11. Thanks for the info. Great idea.
  12. Do you have a picture of the Christmas card puzzles? Or a description? Is it just an old card that you have made into a puzzle?
  13. I don't have the new one and I no longer use the old one. It didn't seem to work with the Metro vacuum from Seyco.
  14. If I liked hockey, I might be with you. Hockey is not a sport that I particularly follow, but I am aware of the Leaf bashing! lol
  15. That looks intimidating! Keep us posted with pics.
  16. I like the new additions of the skates and puck pompom!
  17. So many projects to choose from! Here are a few. The hair pick is used every day as are the phone/tablet/ereader stands. The salad "fingers" and pasta measurer are in regular use. The sun/moon light was made for my grandson 4 years ago & is still used.
  18. Marg, I think you read that wrong. I don't mind gnomes. Not a fanatic about them. I am not a fan of hockey so, not a fan of the Jets.
  19. What Marg says. Everything is good but I love the leaves.
  20. Thanks Dick for the very kind words. Here is the link for the Osmo https://osmo.ca/. Hope you can find it there. Barb
  21. I think I had actually purchased that board in Toronto about 5 years ago, when I was visiting my sister. There is a great shop - Woodchuckers - that I go visit when in TO. They have a small room with assorted boards. They will mail it to me in Winnipeg via Canada Post so the shipping cost isn't outrageous.
  22. Thanks. It is 8.5X11
  23. Equality for all!!
  24. I do plan to make a few more.
  25. I finally got the rest of the much earlier stuff finished. Eye is from Botas cut in Curly Maple finished with an Osmo product. It is really nice, one coat and it feels so smooth. You/me is a Jessica Boehm pattern cut in Cherry. Also finished with Osmo.
