  1. I love finding accidental patterns. Nice job.
  2. Beautiful job on an eye catching pattern! Love the finish
  3. They look great! Glad they were sellers. You do beautiful work!
  4. That’s very nice and definitely an eye catcher. Hoping you have just enough stock and you sell out on your last event! You really do such beautiful work.
  5. Nice job! I like it!
  6. One of the great parts of our hobby is turning trash to art. This piece of oak had an ugly yellow sign painted on it and was about 8” longer with a big crack in one end. Made the perfect piece for one of my favorite patterns to cut.
  7. That really is a beautiful piece, Paul. Excellent work! I still haven’t used spirals much but I can see that pattern was made for them.
  8. Love it! Nice work on two of my favorite characters!
  9. No problem. Just cut perfectly straight lines and do it twice rather than once. Fantastic work, Dave!
  10. Excellent! I like the pattern style very much!
  11. Thanks Paul. I did some research and it’s a 25 gram steel adhesive wheel weight. I only knew about the old kind you attached to the rim.
  12. I noticed a small rusty puce of metal in a parking lot yesterday and it just looked cool. I sanded one side smooth and made a necklace pendant for my grandson, Ryder. I used some mystery blades that came with my saw. I just sprayed a little clear coat on it and left the front side as is. He loves it. Wish I knew what the chunk of metal was. ***Did some looking and it’s a 25 gram steel adhesive tire weight
  13. That’s cute as can be! Great job and perfect wood choice!
  14. Very cute! Great job!
  15. Love that, Paul. Beautiful cutting!
  16. Outstanding work, Dave!
  17. I also made this “ring the pirate hooks” game and a “walk the planks” game where each plank gets progressively harder.
  18. Thanks, Barb. I’ve been able to do very little work in the shop lately, and I love making toys. So it was a fun day.
  19. Thanks, Tyler! High praise, coming from a Pirate!
  20. My grandson’s eighth birthday party is this weekend. It’s pirate themed and he requested I cut this Jack Sparrow portrait like I have on my shop wall. (Charles Dearing pattern) I made these Pirate Daggers for the invited kids. Made from beautifully free white oak from a pallet at Tractor Supply. I also found these cool Pirate silver dollar hobo coins and got one for each kid, plus one for me. Rrrrrrrrr.
  21. It's been a hot humid summer in Alabama. I have AC in the shop but I haven't been able to spend much time there in the last several months. Life's been busy.
  22. Beautiful job on a nice pattern!
  23. Thank you so much for the kind words. I don't sell patterns but you can find this one as well as a lot of others I've done in the New Patterns section of the Patterns forum. There are 3 pages of new pattern images and I have some on each page. Thanks again. If you have trouble finding one in particular I've done just send me a message. Thanks again.
  24. Love it. Thanks for the memory. I'd forgotten about that show.
