Paul, it looks like a nice saw. I did see a Hegner 18 inch up in Colville but I think he wants $500. There is one in Kalispell for $250 https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/853594876432507/?mibextid=rS40aB7S9Ucbxw6v But not sure if you wanted another like that. If you could get to Spokane, you could stay with us and I would be happy to go with you to Kalispell.

Ray, thanks so much ...just one question... is it the type that to keep it on, you keep your foot on it, and as soon as you take your foot off, it turns off? (Did I use too many commas?)

I use a foot switch on my EX 21 that came with the saw when I bought it. .... I think you would call it a step on/off switch which I like. Where did you get yours?

Kevin, Thank you.... by the way, this saw did not come with a foot switch. Do you have a recommendation for one. My Ex-21 has a "plug in" right on the saw for the foot switch, this one does not. Curious how that works. Thanks again. mc

Lookie what I got myself for Christmas @rjweb @OCtoolguy @Scrappile @Rolf @DRugerH @preprius! And I was still able to make the apple pie and go to the Christmas party! It runs beautifully, the table top is almost new and the plastic protective was still on some parts of it. Not too bad for $275

Great Job Ron, but I thought it had some stars on it that allow you to get around the board quicker....maybe I am thinking of another game. I love the banding, did you router that first and then glued it in? again great work!

Rolf, thank you for all your help and suggestions. It is about an 8hr drive from our house but we are planning to meet friends for Christmas and they live 2hrs from where the Saw is located...so now I need to figure out how I can fanegal(sp?) A way to drive those extra 2 hours and back...and bake an apple pie before the Christmas eve party

Question to @kmmcrafts @Rolf @DRugerH... I own a 2017 Subaru Outback, would I be able to transport this saw in that? Should I take the saw off the stand to transport it? Thank you!

So, I am looking at this 26 inch Hawk that this person has for sale (I would like a larger saw). She is the second owner and she has not used it much and could not speak for the previous owner. I am really curious as to how you think it sounds. I had her take some pictures and a video of it because she lives quite far from where I am. She wants $275 for it. She said it doesn't vibrate (those are pellets being stored under the saw for her pellet stove - had that clarified earlier) and there is no rust on it... either on the saw or stand. I Would really like your opinion expecially you folks who own Hawks. Hawk video .mp4
