  1. Charlie, Always fun to see your work. I love the thistle, did you have that on the previous one...I can't remember it. Also, you really did a nice job on his eyes. Pretty intense gaze.
  2. Wow Rodney, you have been busy! The picture of the Lab is absolutely georgous! And of course, I love your agility projects and your 3 doggies...can't wait to see the puppy
  3. Charlie, that made my day...That is such a fun piece of work. Great work as always!
  4. Wow, I sure love your trucks. I love how shiny they turn out, too!
  5. I love it! Really interesting design. I am presently a cat person since I lost my doggie a few months ago. Here are my two goofy kitties taking a nap. They are too big for their basket but they seem to make due.
  6. Dick, Beautiful work as always. So sad to hear about their loss.
  7. Looks really nice Jimmy! Keep up the great work
  8. Jim, excellent idea and your eagle is beautiful! The white is sooo white against what I guess is walnut. Lovely work!
  9. Really nice cutting especially after not doing it for a while. I know if I stop for more than 3 wks, I start off pretty rough. Well done!
  10. Dick, I noticed you routered the inside edge on your frame. Did you use a hand router or did you try that on the router table? Marie

That is so cute! Someone is going to like that little guy!
  12. It was good to see this thread again that @preprius started as a reminder to Wax my saws. I use Trewax as well.... I have been waxing quite a bit as of late because our moisture is crazy high right now in the Northwest and it seems things want to rust. I have never waxed my scroll saw blades and haven't felt the need to do that.... but I think I will try waxing my Bandsaw blades as they may perform better and last longer. It was fun reading all the post on this again. Thanks for digging this up again!
  13. Wow, I aways wanted the purple one...I have a EX 21 and it is green and I love it! I don't know much about this one though. Kevin @kmmcrafts knows more about these saws than anyone I know....hopefully he can help.
  14. Jimmy where did you get that? I have a jointer which I do not like and honestly it is a machine that scares me. So, I would like to replace it with something else. For my big pieces I use my track saw but for smaller pieces, I hate to hall out the track saw for that. Thank you ahead of time.
  15. Dick, this is excellent! I love the angel's expression and that Dress is amazing!
  16. Really nice and I love the wood. I too want to do a chess set. I just bought a pattern book off Amazon. Can't wait to get that one started sometime in the near future.
  17. I love your work even with shaky hands. I had the opportunity to see Waylon play in Montana when I went to the University of Montana. Great Concert!
  18. What wonderful work! Thank you for sharinb!
  19. As always, Amazing work!
  20. Lovely work!
  21. I will miss his work as well. Hope he comes back soon! I am one who has been on here for just about 1 year and have learned a ton. I love all the different answers to my questions because I then take time to ponder the answers and come up with a good solution. I do try to use the search tool to find topics prior to posting my questions but I don't have much luck. Plus, if I find an answer in the search, it might be so old that I feel a newer answer may be better. On a neglected note....@kmmcrafts, I found out there is an upgrade clamp for my G4 Hawk....which is being made for me by the Hawk folks in the next couple of weeks. Thank you for your help!
  22. Those are sooo cute.. so glad you got back to your saw!
  23. Very nice....I really like using Osmo as well....
  24. Brenda, Really nice work. Are you going to put a backer on it, if so what type, or something else like hang it in a window?
  25. Dave, another question....what do you think of the Rikon slow speed buffer https://pitexo.com/product/rikon-8-low-speed-buffer-1750-rpm/?gclid=Cj0KCQiA-62tBhDSARIsAO7twbaWE5-sBO40PAHb5Hw_uJCtiFvlnCZ1z4Pl84vkkv3_xSHU7k2r-EIaAvfuEALw_wcB or are the arms too long to put the adapers on? They seem to be less expensive than the grinders. Also, note @rjweb question a couple of messages earlier in this thread. Thanks!
