  5. I was so enthralled when I saw another pattern designed by Kris Martinson that I had to give it a try. His patterns are always so interesting as well as filled with challenges. With this particular pattern I knew I could not get it perfect but I knew I really wanted to give it a try. So first of all, my apologizes go out to Kris do to the fact that I do not have all the skills needed to get it perfect, but I was able to finish it and I am happy with how it came out. I cut this on a 1/2 inch bamboo cutting board I purchased on line, using #3 Pegas spiral blades. It took my about 3 evenings to cut it. My thanks go out to Kris Martinson for the use of his great pattern. Dick heppnerguy

  15. A nice project. I just came back from Oregon and saw this pattern that I had made for my daughter, hanging on her wall. I forgot that I had even cut it. I like your project and how you framed it. Good job Dick heppnerguy
  16. That is so cute. knowing how difficult it is for me to pass up such cute patterns, I just hope I might forget it as I am way behind working in my shop now. Tomorrow it will be 106 degrees again like today. It kind of makes it so I really want to just pass up the shop time. Dick heppnerguy
  17. Very nice idea for your friend. I bet he is going to treasure this one for a long time to come, if he doesn't happen to drop it. Dick heppnerguy

  20. I know exactly what you mean. I too have a mini spit AC but with a double garage for a shop and the low only in the high 80's or low 90's at night, the AC takes a long time to cool things down so I use my swamp cooler with the double garage door open and it works wonders. Dick heppnerguy

  23. wouldn't it be interesting as well as challenging to cut one of this pattern? Dick heppnerguy
  24. there is a woman at a nearby assistant living house that will be turning 100 in 3 days and I was thinking it would be nice to make one to give to her and see if they would put it on her cake. I would cut '100' into it for her Dick heppnerguy
  25. I really enjoyed cutting it, even if I work in a double garage shop with the door open and the temperature in in the triple digits of 110 degrees. I do have a portable swamp cooler that helps a lot even at these temperatures. Dick heppnerguy
