I never thought of a wolf as beautiful but I have to say this pattern just said to me, " You need to cut this one". so I did. I like it a lot. Dick heppnerguy

I usually unhappy with my efforts at adding color so I still stay away from it more than I should if I ever want to reach the point where i always like my colorization. Dick heppnerguy

I am considering doing some changes just to the middle that I think may be more to the receivers liking, also not so repetitious. I too am out of wood now so i need a trip to the wood store and they are so darn far away. Dick heppnerguy

I personally am not a wolf fan but I do think they are a truly interesting animal. I lived in Eastern Oregon for 8 years and there were quite a lot of wolves in the area. They would kill the farmers cows and other animals and were shot by many farmers just trying to save what they had worked so many years to support their families. However I loved the great pattern and wanted to cut it. I painted the eyes red but I am not really liking that a lot so I may change them, not sure yet. Dick heppnerguy

I saw this Steve Cook pattern as I was browsing through them and it was a couple of days before my wife's 82 birthday, so I cut this cake topper but since neither of us eat cake and we were going to be alone on that day, I decided just to make it to go along with her gifts I got her. I purposely left off the legs that are made to go into the top of the cake. I also did not put the age on the balloon so she could pass it on to someone who might have a birthday in the future, just for the fun of it. Dick heppnerguy

I am so lucky so far with my health and lack of major problems. Sorry to hear you are going through yours. Your doctor seemed to find a great suggestion for you as this project turned our fabulous. Keep up the great job and be careful not to over due things. Dick heppnerguy

I am trying to learn how to use my air brush and had a lot of problems with the pieces taking off when I sprayed them. I used double sided tape the next time but I like your way better. Thanks for the tip. I like your use of the colors to offset the different parts. It looks great Dick heppnerguy
