  6. absolutely amazing. I don't think I could even copy the pattern. It could not be better than this. Truly fabulous project. I bet you could sell the pattern quite easily. Dick heppnerguy
  7. I would use a little Mineral spirits to remove the pattern,(if you applied the pattern with repositioning spray glue), then it would almost fall off on it's own. Nicely done and quite attractive too. Dick heppnerguy
  8. not sure without a pattern how well I would do with them. I guess I would need to watch the video a couple of times first. Might try it....defiantly a might.. Dick heppnerguy
  9. Very nice little boxes. I think they would also look good by inlaying the contrasting colors too. Dick heppnerguy
  10. Glad to see you choose to come by and say hello. If you have any questions about scrolling this is a great place to find answers. Welcome from Southern Arizona. Dick heppnerguy
  11. A big welcome from Southern Arizona. I hope you come back often as it is a nice place to see what others are cutting and to show your work too. Dick heppnerguy
  12. Welcome to our family of scrollers. I have been off my computer since about the middle of October so I am way behind with the chat things. I do wish to say WELCOME to The Village from Southern Arizona. Hope to see you here often Dick heppnerguy
  13. I do not remember you from before but it I can get back to the computer a little more as things settle down from Christmas and Thanksgiving perhaps I will get to know you better. So I Welcome you from warm Southern Arizona and I am glad you choose to return here. Dick heppnerguy
  14. I am sure the answer to your question should most likely fine you and answer quite soon here.. Sorry I am not familiar with your saw so I am not sure either. I do want to welcome you to our family here and hope you log on often so we can get to know you better and help you feel right at home. I am sending you this message from Southern Arizona where it never gets snow. Dick heppnerguy
  15. All scroll saw I am aware of use the 5 inch blades. If it is designed to use straight edge blades and not the pinned edged ones that will be a plus for you. If things get too difficult trying to get it running for you as you want it to, then I would go back on line and look for something newer. I hope you get it going though. Is the saw veritable speed or only one speed, as that is also very helpful. As you probably already know the blade you purchase in the big box stores are not the ones you need for scrolling. Ask if you need to know where to go to find the right ones. Blades are kind of like cars, it seems like everyone likes a different brand blade. If you have any difficulty or questions please continue to ask for answers here in the Village. Welcome to our family from Southern Arizona. Dick heppnerguy
  16. Nice array of ornaments. Also a great idea. They all look perfectly made also. Dick heppnerguy
  17. I made the wooden key chains several years ago and used them for name tags on the presents and everyone of the receivers of them still have and use them. It must have been 10 years ago or close to it. Dick heppnerguy
  18. Good one. It brought a smile to my face as soon as I saw it. fun project. Dick heppnerguy
  19. Your perseverance paid off this time. Looks great.. Hey I just found my new favorite wood, it is bamboo. Not the easiest to find but it is very dense and super easy to cut as well as being quite easy on blades. It seem quite strong and would probably be a good wood for projects like this guitar ornament. Dick heppnerguy
  20. those are fun and a great idea. Love the puzzles. Dick heppnerguy
