  3. Planer, jointer, dust collector, 1” x 30” tabletop sander. Oscillating spindle sander, 6”x48” stationary belt sander with 8” or 9”disk sander, drum sander. I know, more than three.

  9. Brenda, as all above have said, we are our worst critic. Whenever I have a project that I have cut and I know it has flaws, I will set it aside for a wile, then I’ll come back to it in a week or two. Most times, the flaws disappear, or at least not noticeable. Your cutting looks great! If I owned that car, I would be thrilled to receive it as a gift, As long as I have been cutting, I don’t think I have cut a perfect project, but I have learned to fix most of my mistakes!
  10. Beautiful wood and beautiful cutting! I would’ve been afraid to cut that blank in fear of making a mistake!

  21. He truly is AMAZING!
  22. The search feature here does not necessarily look at just titles. If you type in say dust collection, you will get a list of pages that have dust collection in the body of the post. You will have to weed through all the pages, but at least it narrows it down for you!
  23. This is my blade rack. I used to do a lot of demos at the woodworking club and the local Woodcraft store. I wanted my rack to be attractive. So I used Sapele to make it. My original rack was made from construction grade 2x4s. The overlay on the back was just decoration, cut from 1/8” Baltic birch. The tubes came from Sloans Woodshop, which is now closed. You can find tubes on the internet.
  24. Yes, it does dry clear, however, I still clean up any squeeze out as it will inhibit oil absorption.
