  1. Patrick Maxwell Renna as Hamilton "Ham" Porter from the movie, "The Sandlot." I was more of a Smalls, "made straight A's and sh*t" but thought too much to be good at sports. So great when the "Benny the Jets" encourage the "Smalls" of the world. I had one or two in my life. Sorry if you don't recognize the references. Love this movie!
  2. Thank you very much, Ron!
  3. From everything I read, Chadwick was a great guy. Such a shame he died so young. “Sometimes you need to feel the pain and sting of defeat to activate the real passion and purpose that God predestined inside of you.” - Chadwick Boseman Interestingly, "Yibambe", the Wakandan battle cry, means hold fast.
  4. I really like it! Very manly looking! Not that womanly would be a bad thing.
  5. Great job!
  6. Your work is always amazing and unique! And your English is fine.
  7. Nice job and beautiful wood!
  8. Great job and beautiful piece!
  9. Beautiful job Barb!
  10. I've been also and loved it. I wish I was going with them, but my wife and I are hoping to take all the kids and grandkids to Disney World in Orlando next year. I'm looking forward to it like a kid. Can't wait to see it again through their eyes.
  11. Thank you! Again, you are too kind.
  12. I didn't watch any of the John Wick movies until recently. I enjoy them but, yeah he stacks up bodies like cordwood. Funny how he can shoot the 20 bad guys in a room with 50 people and no good guys get hurt. Also, another movie where all the baddies are lousy shots.
  13. “I don’t want to be a part of a world where being kind is a weakness.”-Keanu Reeves
  14. Thank you, and Happy New Year to you as well!
  15. My grandson has recently become a Hobbit/Lord of the Rings fan and is having a Hobbit themed 9th birthday party at my house tonight. His parents are also telling him about an upcoming trip to Universal Studios Florida theme park tonight. I thought this would fit the day for him nicely.
  16. Love it! Great to give something new life!
  17. Stayed late in the shop, seemed appropriate considering the subject matter, and finished up Rod Serling. I hung him next to Hitchcock, which also seemed appropriate.
  18. Nice project. We had one nearby at Six Flags called The Flying Dutchman I believe. I remember taking a cousin's young daughter on it many years ago. She wasn't impressed and yelled, "I don't wike this scawwy wide!"
  19. Nice job Christian! Scrolling helps me with my depression. I think everyone would benefit from finding a creative outlet.
  20. Being a preacher's kid, I remember the controversy over a statement John Lennon made in the 60's. My sister had a 45 of "Help", I think, and we broke it and buried it. I enjoy listening to their hits. Like everybody else, they had some lousy stuff too. Nice cuttings!
  21. Both are great gifts! I'd love to make the marble machine for my grandson, but it looks very intimidating. I don't think I could be that precise.
  22. Beautiful heirloom piece!
  23. Beautiful work Ron!
  24. Fun pattern by pattern designer Jik from Indonesia. https://www.facebook.com/jik.siluet His custom portraits are very good. Don't know if there's a deep meaning to this one but it was a fun cut anyway.
  25. Beautiful work!
