  1. Really nice! I have always lover your bird house ornaments!
  2. Dick, Nice work! Do you use spiral blades very often? When I use them they get all squirrely. ...Look where I am! Just coming back from Newport Beach, Oregon and saw this sign....thought of you!
  3. Really great idea!
  4. There was a nice "write up" in the Fine Woodworking magazine on the Grizzy's new saw. I like the bigger table.....I wonder if the Pegas clamps would fit on either the Harbor freight one or the Grizzly https://www.grizzly.com/products/grizzly-21-variable-speed-scroll-saw-with-foot-pedal/g0969?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwiuC2BhDSARIsALOVfBIf3jC4TB1j3x5b6jmWS8MKlZ15GPiYo53cNPa_5w8lwpAbFUKbanIaAgvmEALw_wcB Maybe @Denny Knappen would know.
  5. Congrats Barb! I love it...One of your best works yet!!! Hey, did you see that the American's got third in the Olympics in syncronized swimming? It was amazing! Whoo hoo!..I know you are in Canada but thought I would give a shout out any way
  6. I really like that box as well....Love the skeleton idea...did you paint the skeleton or is that out of Aspen?
  7. Great work! I am sure those kiddos with love them!
  8. I actually have two bandsaws for the reason Kevin @kmmcrafts said. I have a Rikon 14" which I put my smaller blades on and then I got a great deal on an Italian Made Laguna 18" which runs on 220 and I can resaw just about anything. I recently resawed Lignum Vitea with out any problems. I love using different woods and thicknesses so I resaw almost all my scroll saw wood. I also have a Laguna Driftmaster fence on my big saw so microadjustments for depth can be made which is very helpful.
  9. It would have been fun partying with you and your doggies! Play that funky music!!!
  10. I was at "Wow" on your initial piece....I would love to see it in the different woods, when you make another. Excellent!
  11. Kris, that is a wonderful piece! nicely done as always.
  12. Denny, A great looking basket!
  13. My first saw was a Delta pin blade saw. I think it was also a 16" but not sure. I had it for probably 25+ years. It was my only saw in my shop at the time so I used it to saw everything. I had the widest blade on it and used it like a table saw and chop saw for sawing 2x4s and anything I needed to saw. I then discovered "real" scroll sawing, joined SSV and bought my EX 21 and now my Hawk G426....I don't cut 2x4s anymore with them!
  14. I really like how it turned out....I certainly wouldn't have the skill to cut that in a stack....nice work!
  15. Great Idea! Love the video and the tunes!
