  1. I have a belt sander, and never use it.. Haven't used it in so long, the one time I tried to, the glue on the belts was rotten, and the belts kept coming unglued. can't even use it now. LOL
  2. I like the idea of using the plexi. You could make some small strips that get glued to the inside edge, to hold the plexi in. Then they can just take the backer off, swap out the cert, then put ti back in.
  3. When mine starts this, I back the set screw out (it's usually the bottom one all the time) then hit it with a little rub of some 220 grit and it's good to go
  4. So how long does it take you to cut one of those Kevin?
  5. very nice box.. I really like it
  6. I don't join boards with CA.. watch out for the T3 waterproof glue on light woods, they say you can see a glue line because the wood is a gray color.. I still use T1..
  7. I have tried spirals, and I find they feather way too much for my liking, and I don't like trying to control them. Unlike most others, I'm an Olson guy all the way. I cut mainly 3/8' thick oak, maple, cherry, and ash. I pretty much use the #2/0 scroll reverse blades, and every once in a while I use a #2r if ti's larger cut outs, but I love how glass smooth and crisp corners I can get with the $2/0 blades. Never broken one myself yet.
  8. Very nice Marg.. I cut the same one sometime last year.. Sold it to someone in England.. my first overseas sale. I cut mine from 3/8" maple.
  9. I used to work for a store called Woodworkers Warehouse here on the east coast. I remember seeing Jet and Delta tablesaws (back before they were moved to be made in China) coming in from I think Taiwain or Malaysia.. but the main support bars were made from purpleheart. I snatched those up quick. LOL
  10. That is what I see. Ok.. on the quote, the attachment=3541:screenshot.png turns into a blue link.. but if i click the link, it says I don't have permissions to view it. Could this whole thing be a permission issue?
  11. I can't see it either.. Travis, is there any way to fix this? Do you know why we can't? Do we have to have our accts deleted and make new ones?
  12. My garage is saying the same thing Doc... just can't afford to keep heating it, or I would.
  13. Thanks everyone!!
  14. I want to thank Don R for the pattern. He made it from a pic of one of the dalmatians my girlfriend and I have. Her name is Pixie.. The background is brown, not black, because she is a liver spotted dalmatian (brown spots) over the typical black spotted. I am attaching the finished cut, and the original pic so people can see what a great job he did on the pattern.
  15. Where did you get the dispenser pattern?
  16. I've only sold one item... Wish I knew how to sell more stuff. I have more pens that are not even listed. http://www.etsy.com/shop/WoodworksByWolf

  20. Where did you get the wood DW? It's not Woodcraft the retail store I don't think..
