  1. Nice job.

  3. Very nice, Don, and thanks for the patterns.
  4. I am on the stained glass side, but great job on both!
  5. A few of my favorites from the past few years. Have not finished ones from this year.
  6. No, the proud pieces are cut at an angle, so the proud part does not go all the way through. Depending on the direction of the cut and slant of the table will determine whether the relief part is proud or will be recessed. There are some YouTube videos on it. Fun to play with.
  7. great work!
  8. Great one! Oh my. So many nice patterns, so hard to choose.
  9. Real nice. Do you put a Christmas message and the year on the backer of the ornament?

  11. I never tried them/. I have been tempted. But all the reviews I have read on them have been iffy to ahh. So I have never purchased any. I like the concept. But do not know why they don't get great reviews.
  12. I have a 5x but prefer my 3x. would be nice if you could try before you buy. The 10x is a no for sure, to me.
  13. very nice!
  14. Well done!
  15. When I stack cut, I use small nails in waste areas, so I do not have to worry about shifting. That is in addition to taping.
  16. Beautiful cutting. Regarding selling, that is what I have experienced.
  17. Yes that is what I found. Lots of "I want", until you quote a legitimate price.
  18. Great job!
  19. I have to say proceed with caution. I saw an unbelievable deal on an almost-new Hawk a while back. There was not much info, just pictures and video. I started asking questions because I was excited. Asked two questions via message, then asked if he would send the serial number so I could check on the age of the saw. The guy exploded and cussed me out for asking the questions; Then I noticed that by the end of that day, the listing was gone. He may have sold it, but I felt like maybe it was a stolen saw, and he was afraid I was on to it. Could be wrong, but his action just set off alarms in my head.
  20. Very nice! I joined a group if FaceBook of things people make with Pallet wood.. They do amazing stuff. No more passing up free pallets for me.
  21. Another great job!
  22. well done, well deserved!
  23. Okay I'll that your word for it and the fact they already sold pretty much verifies they were done well.
